Office Depot has an upgraded fax machine that I needed help with and the staff didn't hesitate to help me, BEFORE I WAS GOING TO ASK. GREAT JOB 👍. GOOD BY staples!!

If there is another Office supply store... use it and you will have more success than going to this store. Trainees at every station, unhelpful in Printing station, unwilling to help. Manager had to be called for returns, purchase and on print copies???? Why cant people think out of the box and Help the Customer. Also, scanner at Office Depot ww70 - Reg. $299.00 on Sale for $199. Went on Amazon and found it for $139.00!!! Unbelievable markup in prices. I think I will shop Amazon from now on!!!!

Don't go on a Saturday expecting anyone to help with printing. Self service is only available and honestly it's a shame customer service has gone down hill. It's better off closing the store and leaving machines outside for that matter. My recommendation is cross train everyone so everyone can do or help what the customer needs at all times the store is open.

The staff is very helpful and ready to help if asked. There are table and chairs to sit if we have to wait. Yes, I like to shop at Office Depot!

Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had with an Office Depot and I didn’t think that could be possible. I came in for a pick up order that was already paid for but wasn’t in the online order pick up area. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me (which no one did) I had to walk up to a cashier and ask if they could check to see if it was behind the counter. The woman behind the print and copy services was no help to me whatsoever and neither was the cashier. After standing there for so long I was then skipped over in line, my order was legitimately right underneath and in front of the woman. The lack of awareness, urgency, or care for anything at all in that building is a complete zero.

Excellent service and support from Carolina. She went over and beyond. I realize helping each customer with answers to their questions, help with uploading documents, explaining how things work in the printing area and other essential request. I must say the employees there are doing their best to serve as quickly as possible. One person can only do so much, therefore overall I am satisfied with my visit. Thanks Carolina you really lighten my burden.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Stuart as he assisted me with finding the proper desk and chair. Stuart went above and beyond in knowledge of the products, but also took the time to connect with me and did not try to oversell or pressure me. I highly recommend this Office Depot, specifically, Stuart!!

Short version is last year I asked about teacher discount, the associate could not be bothered to help, explain or apply my discount. I received an email and was asked to do a survey I did! Manger of store called and apologized said she would donate box of supplies to my school of choice and I would have 30% off my next purchase when in. Unfortunately my mom got I’ll I had to go care for her, she has since passed. I went this week to Office Depot, got some office supplies and at checkout told the associate the story and if I could have my 30% discount. A manager comes over and tells me that the manager I spoke with is no loner at their store and they could not honor my discount. I said ok, I was not happy, but said ok. Another associate tells me to wait a moment and she would call her store manager, but that took too long. I checked out and went about my day yet again being disappointed. I think I will start shopping at Staples, maybe I’ll get better service there!

If you go to office Depot and need help printing something see the print & client services manager Annie Diaz. She is the best - knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind. My wonderful experience with her turned me into a returning customer! Annie is fabulous!!!
