I’ve never had somebody yell at me in customer service until I called the store. I asked for the hiring manager, and was told if I was someone else who I guess had already been calling that I needed to call somebody else. I don’t know if this was a misunderstanding or not, but definitely not the way to treat customers and or future employees. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I called you around 530 please go listen to the recording of this call if anyone from UPS read them. Absolutely astounding…

Hey I called earlier at 5:10 pm asking how to get in contact with customer support. A young lady picked up the phone. was highly rude and disrespectful. She was speaking too fast to understand the number and hung up on me. I called again to confirm the number and these are her exact words “ I said thank you that means the call is over, don’t ever call back THANK YOU AGAIN” I’m highly disappointed in her actions. Ups has also been a great interaction but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had and the most helpless I’ve ever felt.

Dulcet n Nicole were terrific..after battling with fema n multiple trips to Bass Rd site..we got denied..these ladies helped us by printing n coping..remember we lost everything soo no computer no printer..but these 2 wonderful ladies calmed us down .helped us out we were able to submit a appeal..thank you both♡

If I could give this place a zero a star I would. I hate to give bad reviews, but people deserve to know how bad this place is. I placed an order for printing services today, and went to the store twice only to be told they didn't have my printing. The first time I went around noon, I was told to come back at my pick up time that the manager was the one responsible for printing. I returned back way after my pick up time and stood in line for over 20 min. I asked for my printing and the lady with the short hair very rudely said she didn't have it. I explained that I went early and was told to come back later and still the printing was not done. I asked her to please get me the printing, and that it was only one paper all I needed. And she didn't want to help me, she asked me to make the line again in order to help me. The line was getting to the street almost. I asked for the manager and she said they didn't have one. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THESE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL,THEY TREAT THE COSTUMERS POORLY. I don't understand why they advertise a service they cannot do. And guess what no refund either.

Every time I go in this store the people that work there have an attitude problem. They're either talking about the previous customer or blank stares and no smiles. I go out of my way to be friendly becuase I understand everyone has their moments.

I need the phone number of the corporate, owner or manager who runs this store. Jason and Ashley were beyond rude, and disrespectful. No type of customer service at all. I was there with another customer as witness who tried to help me while Jason insulted us and told us we don’t know how to Use an email nor process a refund. When we said we would report them, they sarcastically said go on right ahead and we’re extremely out of context, severe lack of customer service. I need to report Jason for his rudeness and disrespect and insult of the two of us. He claim we were yelling at him, well check your cameras. We were being insulted while we were being very patient. I wish there was a star below zero to give, for hiring bad employees. He even said Amazon messes things for them. They complained about being the only one there and not getting help all day. The rudest employees I ever come across. Hire new people !

The bilingual older women was extremely rude, not helpful, doesn't smile, and will be verbally abusive to you in front of others. The male wanted to help but she butted in. Another local U PS store was attentative, smiling and helpful thank goodness I tried a different location.

If I could give a rating of below one star this place eod get here. I ran in to ship a small package and the girl behind the desk was so rude!!!! This is the second time I have dealt with her and it will be the last !! UPS will be notified !!!!!!

Beware!!! A crazy employee works there (She is no longer employed there). Not sure what was going on with her but she literally told the entire store to shut up, then began shaking as if having a mental breakdown. I literally had to plead with her to send my package because she was the only one who knew how to do it. She continued to tell me to leave if I had a problem with her and I just raised my hands and said I'm good, over and over again until she calmed down enough to process my package. I wasn't even the only she was dealing with at the time when she lost it. My second time there, I had sent out a package with prepaid shipping. (This tends to be a little more complicated then normal shipping) So I was understanding with the amount of time it took. I was sending a very expensive artist tablet so I had it setup to be professionally packaged so that it wouldn't break. Well, sadly it got destroyed while being shipped. No foam was used, no fragile stickers were placed, just bubble wrap. Because of this I am out over $1000. And to make it worse, it was done by the owner himself. Who is there to complain to if not the owner? lol. From my experience, he did seem like a nice guy but he definitely wanted to get out of there more than I did, and that was after a 35 minute wait. You can't make this stuff up! The only things I take there now are amazon returns because all they have to do is scan the QR code and I walk out the door. The UPS in Cape Coral is MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER!!! Otherwise, use Fedex on 41, which is 3 minutes away, if you can. You've been warned...
