I take a controlled medication for pain and I have taken this same prescription and the same dosage for years. In May I was finally able to go on a month long trip to Europe that had been on hold since Covid happened. My doctor wrote a prescription for 2 months with the explanation that I needed that much because I would be away when the second script needed to be filled. I was told that they could not fill the script that way. So I went back to the doctor to get a separate script and brought it back. The next pharmacist then said the doctor had to call them. I told the doctor and they called. When I went back and the first pharmacist said I had to have my insurance company call. So I told them I would just pay cash, (it is not an expensive drug) and she said it didn't matter; the insurance company had to call anyway. At that point I seriously thought I was going to lose the chance to go on my dream vacation because these pharmacists were on some power grab. I began crying after the final, "Now the insurance company has to call" assault. (Even if you are not going to use insurance - Seriously?) They finally filled the medication and I am now back from my wonderful vacation. The point I would like to make I am certain that none of this was out of concern for my welfare. Because if they were actually concerned for my welfare they would have called my doctor. But they didn't. They just kept making up new "rules" as they harassed me and sent me on more wild goose chases. They know nothing of my medical history or my medical diagnoses. They are not doctors. They are not nurses or even nurse's assistants. If they are not happy in their jobs they can get different jobs but abusing the customer as a way to make up for their personal unhappiness is immature, petty and very unprofessional. ~Rhonda

Went here after leaving the hospital. I badly needed the recommended medicine for my child. I drove up at 9:51 p.m., by the time I got out the car it was 9:52. I walked to the door and realized the lights were already off. The manager just stared at me as if I was wrong for showing up 8 minutes before they close. They close at 10:00 not at 9:50. Shame on this manager and I will be reporting this to corporate I never got the medicine that night ~Doc

I have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years now, and this past week has been unacceptable. I had my doctor appointment last Wednesday, received a text my prescription medication was filled and ready for pick up the next day, so i went to pick it up in the evening around 6pm and there was a problem with my insurance. I don't use my insurance to pay for my prescription and was told my script needed to be verified by my physician so he would be contacted the next day to verify and come back the next day. That would be Friday. I work night shift at the hospital so i was unable to get back during pharmacy hours to pick up my script. So i went to pick up my script Monday around 6pm before work...my insurance was questioned again. I explained i had insurance and i do not use it for my prescriptions. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours at 8 pm that night, monday night. I said i would be there in the morning to pick it up as i was on my way to work. The next morning when i got off work was Tuesday morning and i went throught the drive thru to pick up my script that i thought was supposed to be ready by 8pm the night before. Apparently it was not. My insurance was still in question. I had to explain again, for a 3rd time i have insurance and i choose not to use it for my prescription. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Except it was ready 5 days ago according to the text message i got from walgreens and except for it was supposed to be ready by 8pm last night. I'm glad this is not a seizure medication or blood pressure medication i need to survive. 6 days without one of those needed medications and i could be dead. Point is, dont trust this pharmacy for any life saving medications. Unreliable. ~Natasha

Don't come here, very poor service! We came to get passport photos done for my daughter and the person at the front refused to do them, told us to come back in 4hours so another person can do them. I asked why she can't simply just take the photo, and she replied, "I'm not good at taking photos, I just don't do photos" I even asked for a supervisor or manager to do it instead, she said no one was available. The store wasn't busy at all, someone could have come up and done it. She told us to go to another CVS store. Very poor service and stupid excuse to not service us. Why even offer the service if your employees cannot and will not do it? There's nothing hard about simply pressing a button on the camera. Train your employees better!! Extremely poor service and judging from all these negative reviews, it's an ongoing issue!! ~MaiXai
CVS
Without a doubt, this CVS is best in the nation. I say this unequivocally having been in drugstores between Manhattan and San Francisco. The Pharmacists are very kind and understanding but very overworked because of their location near the beaches and the fact that CVS is known to be a good drug store. ~Jay

Your restrooms are disgustingly dirty. I bought a sandwich from your hot and ready section. The chicken was beyond dried out, the bread was hard as a rock. Pretty sure this store just got a brand new kitchen section so it's safe to say you've wasted your money. When I told the attendant about the sandwich all she said was ok and turned her back on me. Not one offer for a refund or I don't know maybe another sandwich. Customer service is even worse .. ~Victor
Publix Pharmacy at Colonial Crossings
I have medication that I have to pick up, as I imagine a lot of other people do. So why is it that no one is ever available at the pharmacy to answer any of my calls? How can they be there for any of their customers? I'm just fortunate that there are other Publix's in my area, but this one needs to get their stuff together. ~Yasmine

Just seemed trashy to me. I walked in today and the girl at the front was wearing low riding dirty sweatpants and a very short crop top that barely covered her bra and had her entire stomach hanging out. I’ve never seen anything like it. She was nice but it was super unprofessional ~Rachel
