Don't come here, very poor service! We came to get passport photos done for my daughter and the person at the front refused to do them, told us to come back in 4hours so another person can do them. I asked why she can't simply just take the photo, and she replied, "I'm not good at taking photos, I just don't do photos" I even asked for a supervisor or manager to do it instead, she said no one was available. The store wasn't busy at all, someone could have come up and done it. She told us to go to another CVS store. Very poor service and stupid excuse to not service us. Why even offer the service if your employees cannot and will not do it? There's nothing hard about simply pressing a button on the camera. Train your employees better!! Extremely poor service and judging from all these negative reviews, it's an ongoing issue!!

Went to drive through to drop off prescription. Sat there almost 15 mins while pushing the call button. No one ever came to the window. I could see a couple of people walking around in there. They just flat ignored me...although after reading the negative reviews, maybe its a good thing. I wont be back.

I'm so sick of this place. The same day I pick up a 90 day prescription, I get calls on a daily basis about a refill. Then when I need them, and call for them, it's an issue because they've already refilled and returned when I didn't need it. And I'm NOT on an auto refill. I'll be going to Costco from now on.

Worst service ever. I needed a passport photo I waited patiently while the cashier took care of a few customers after he told me he would be right with me. The manager came to help on the register and instead of helping me the both of them helped people who came in after me even on the self checkout. Needless to say after waiting 15 minutes I left with no picture and no apology.

Head pharmacist Julie thinks she is a Doctor.She refuses to fill valid Doctors prescriptions. Her statement is " I do not feel comfortable filling certain prescriptions. She is very rude and lacks in Customer service.I would recommend a different pharmacy and forget the hassle of Doctor ???????? Julie the head pharmacist

This store is trash & they only get the 1 star because there's no zero star option. First time/day before the clerk sold me an epassport photo that was blurry with a poor image that I couldn't use for its intended purpose. Went to return it the next day & a different clerk acted like he didn't see me sitting near the passport photo area. He finished helping ppl at the counter & walked back to the passport photo area on his phone, still ignoring me. I finally asked "is there someone who can help me?" & he said "it's self-serve" without asking me what I needed help with. Then I share that the image is blurry & he immediately says "ok I'll refund it" but that's not what I wanted, I wanted them to fix it because I need it. He shrugged saying he wouldn't know how to fix it & offered no sort of HELP... He was rude in returning my money & was also quiet when I thanked him (knee jerk response after someone provides a service even though he didn't deserve it). I couldn't help but feel like I was being profiled & treated rudely bc I'm a Black woman & this will be my 3rd time having this experience in Fort Myers with white customer service folks. I've moved from Atlanta & just never got this type of poor customer service from so many white service ppl. Long story short (this is the longest review I've ever written on here): do not spend money in places where ppl don't show you basic respect & simple customer service. There are way too many companies ready to take your money & treat you better even if they don't like you. Why bother?

This location needs to be closed down. My treatment was impeded for days because the head pharmacist’s rudeness and ineptitude. The manager screamed at my mother and toddler after refusing to let us speak. At first we didn’t even believe he was the manager, because of how unprofessionally he was dressed and how clearly inebriated he was. I asked to file a complaint and he told me “get out of his store” When I asked for a number he said “1-800-CVS.” (Not a phone number) 0/10 if possible.

DO NOT take your film to be processed here! They lost 2 irreplaceable rolls, & it took me over a month and a half to get a response. They blamed it on USPS, but funny thing is I work for USPS & this should have been a traceable item! No scan on packages, so they must not think your film is important! Very mad & sad I can't see my images. They will NEVER have any of my business again.!
