Many times I have to go up to this store to ask about my prescription because they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE! I have had three different problems with the pharmacy wrong product! Promise a time to pick up your prescription and it’s NEVER READY!

Had a great experience at this store, the manager helped me find my items and even scanned them at the self-checkout. I wish i can remember her name. Awesome customer service!

If you want to experience LEGENDARY Customer Service and the most professional and attentive store manager and Pharmacy manager, ask for SEAN, store mgr, and ROSS, Pharmacist. what a dynamic duo

Every time i come to pick up a prescription it is never ready. I have to sit around for 20-30 minutes while they try to get it ready. The dr calls in the prescription hours earlier but it is never ready. Horrible experience. Not sure waht changed because they used to be good.

Feel pretty good about coming here as I use their pharmacy. Sometimes you wait, but that’s usually everywhere. Sometimes it’s a problem with the insurance. I’ve had good service overall. Today, I had a very embarrassing experience. After putting in new batteries, I couldn’t get my glucometer to work at all. I tried several times. I couldn’t imagine what was wrong. How hard is it to replace batteries? Then, I took it to CVS but the pharmacy wasn’t open yet. So the cashier up front, called for the store manager. He was able to get the batteries working right. It was a simple fix but they both were so helpful.

So my wife and I are here visiting our kids, we're from Hurricane Utah in the sw corner of Utah by Zions National Park. Naturally I forgot a pair of my critical medications to control pain due to severe degenerative disk disease. I was slumping into serious pain causing a real challenge to our plans. Thank Heaven for the Great Pharmacy in Sarasota Florida on Beneva Rd. They had to go an extra mile making several calls both to my Dr. in Utah and coordinating help from our insurance company. Thank you so much, it's been a real lifesaver.😊

The pharmacy is great, except for one girl who is very rude, dark curly hair, does not deal well with customers. She snapped at me when I didn't hear her ask me a question and I've worked in the service industry for over 20 years and I have never seen anyone be that rude. The other 2 girls there are very pleasant !!

I drive past a different CVS twice a day and go out of my way to use this location because of the pharmacists. They are accurate and friendly. I'd rather wait in line a couple of minutes and feel welcome than step right up and feel like an intruder (I won't mention the CVS I drive right past)

Unfortunately we are on vacation with a six month old baby who is sick. After taking him to the urgent care, 2 precipitions were called into a pharmacy where our insurance was not accepted on the way home I found this cvs and decided to have it filled there. After being told rudely by the pharmacist I had to look up the number to the previous pharmacy it was called into, not even knowing where it really was, they told me it would take a little while. After almost 5 hrs I called to see if it was filled, when I heard the pharmacist yell at the women I was on the phone with very rudely that she was just then on hold with the pervious pharmacy and then yelled they will get it when they get it !! I understand they get busy I actually have a friend who is a pharmacist for a cvs in PA, what I don't understand is how she could b so rude about the entire thing. Unfortunately as we wait with a very sick and fussy baby I could not help to express this so that maybe the right person would see.

The store in itself is nice. But the cashier didn't seem very happy. I asked her about a product that was out of stock she just mumbled something about not having some until some evening (I don't know if it was that evening or later that week). But since I was already an inconvenience for asking a question I decided not to follow up on it. But I would go back, she may have just been having a bad day.
