Last minute trip so we could purchase chargers, cases, and screen protectors for our new Galaxy S22's. We didn't realize it was just before close but Nick (if I remember his name correctly) was AWESOME! He helped us select everything we needed! He also put the liquid glass protector on both phones amd our cases. Stuff was VERY expensive ($330 for all items) BUT that was expected. Nick was absolutely awesome. This story is out of our way as we happened to be in the area, but will gladly go out of our way again for this type of customer service!

Everyone who works in this store is very nice, but you must BEWARE of Verizon ... There are very expensive fees. Your monthly bill will escalate. This was NOT clearly disclosed.

My family and I went in to buy 2 iPhone 13 Pro maxes and it was super busy but Larry managed to handle everyone all at the same time. Thank you for making the process so easy & fast! Definitely recommend asking for Larry :)

Had to come back for a second time because the first time their store hours on the web said they were open at 9am but that was a lie. Doors were locked. Second time I showed up, it took both employees 10 minutes before either of them ask if I needed any help. Tried replacing my iPhone screen. Paid for unlimited screen replacement, and when I paid for the unlimited replacement. I ask the employee if I can replace as many as I want and if there was any limit. They said there is no limit. That was a lie. I then preceded to ask if I can ask if I can talk to anyone about it, and the employee said nope as if the situation was resolved. If there is other Verizon stores in your area I would go to them before this.

Best customer service I have EVER experienced at a Verizon store. Josh is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and provided me with useful information while switching my phone over to the new model. A pleasure from start to finish! I later had a billing issue that was not being resolved by calling the 800 number, but the store manager, Cole, went above and beyond by contacting customer service on my behalf, then calling me back to let me know the issue was addressed. I am one happy - and loyal - customer.

Wow! This store has exceptional customer service. Joshua... You are amazing. Thank you for getting our business account setup. We left T- Mobile after 12 years and we are so grateful to have this type of experience with Verizon. Both Joshua and Jeremie are the go to cell phone guys of Sarasota. In an iphone person but happy that I had someone who was knowledgeable about their products and services. We love our new LG Cup dual screen phones.

I was having an issue with my phone. Only one rep in the store already working with three customers. He apologized for the wait and assured me he would be with me ASAP. He confirmed my settings were correct, that our account was in good standing. He then connected me via landline to Verizon Customer Service, who had to do a few tricks to fix the problem. The best service I could ask an overwhelmed agent to provide.
