6 Best cell phone store in Sarasota, Florida (FL) 2024

Had to come back for a second time because the first time their store hours on the web said they were open at 9am but that was a lie. Doors were locked. Second time I showed up, it took both employees 10 minutes before either of them ask if I needed any help. Tried replacing my iPhone screen. Paid for unlimited screen replacement, and when I paid for the unlimited replacement. I ask the employee if I can replace as many as I want and if there was any limit. They said there is no limit. That was a lie. I then preceded to ask if I can ask if I can talk to anyone about it, and the employee said nope as if the situation was resolved. If there is other Verizon stores in your area I would go to them before this. ~Scott

Store representatives are fine. The company knowingly sells screen protectors that are too small for the specific phone's screen, they also have a "No return" policy for accessories. Neither of these caveats were disclosed to me when I bought my screen proctor which is why I am posting this information for future customers. ~Elsa

My desktop computer wouldn't boot so I brought it to CPR where Steve diagnosed a fried motherboard. After finding one on eBay Steve help me identify it was the correct one. I ordered it, took the components out of the old one, put them into the new motherboard turned in on and bingo! It worked. I will always trust Steve at CPR for all my computer fixes! ~John

Just wanted to shout out the very nice service from Maria, she was really friendly and helped me figure out an issue with Google's messaging app that was affecting my ability to receive messages. (My own fault / new phone from Google.) Everyone was super-friendly there, including the folks who were working with other customers. Was a very comfortable vibe in the store. And as for Verizon itself, I've got strong praise for them. I think they are the best cellular provider in the country. I cannot recall a time where I've had any serious issues with their service, and I've been a customer for ~10 years. They are consistently reliable and professional. ~Wes
