It's been a while since I've been to this store. I was there this morning and wow what a difference since the last time I was there. The last time I was there it was like a standard department store. Clean and lot's of inventory to choose from. This morning when I went there it looked like they're getting ready to close the place. Hardly any inventory and the whole back was closed off. it also wasn't very clean. Had kind of a grungy feel to it. Definitely won't be back. Better off going to Burdines or Marshalls if your looking for deals in a clean atmosphere. ~Neil

This place is great. I buy my straw and rabbit/Guinea pig food here. Very inexpensive. A friend says the clothing is overpriced. My biggest complaint is that the women who work at counter are somewhat rude. It’s very off putting. Every time I come in, they are rude so it’s not a one time thing. Being as everything is online now, it’s nice to deal w/an actual person once in awhile, not these ladies though. They both act like having to wait on you is a huge inconvenience to their day. ~Jennifer

I am a customer of this company since 1995, I have more then 20 pair of sunglasses must of them jim mahui, I decided to buy a pair of Oakley's, after the 10 days purchase I noticed a defect on the lense ant went back to the store, the lady ( stephanie) looked at the glasses and said sorry but you dropped and refused to replaced only offer to sell me a pair for 50% off, I refused and make a report with the company get my claim number and nothing was done, tried to make a report to the BBB and they are not registered with the burau, contacted the company Oakley and had a claim number the respond was I have no warranty and the option to pay for a replacement of the part is impossible because they have no parts for it, stay away from this company is not the same like years ago and Oakley is own by a big corporation from Italy that dominate the market so they do not care if you buy another brand because the money goes back to their pockets. ~Carlos

Had to come back for a second time because the first time their store hours on the web said they were open at 9am but that was a lie. Doors were locked. Second time I showed up, it took both employees 10 minutes before either of them ask if I needed any help. Tried replacing my iPhone screen. Paid for unlimited screen replacement, and when I paid for the unlimited replacement. I ask the employee if I can replace as many as I want and if there was any limit. They said there is no limit. That was a lie. I then preceded to ask if I can ask if I can talk to anyone about it, and the employee said nope as if the situation was resolved. If there is other Verizon stores in your area I would go to them before this. ~Scott

Absolutely awful business, I went about 7 months ago to resolve the issue of my front speakers not working in my car, I was charged almost 1000 for a new radio to “fix the issue” but my car was returned with the front speakers still not working and what they thought to be the issue which was my radio was not the issue so they started out by charging me for a diagnostic which was incorrect. They ruined my factory amplifier by cutting all my car wiring to the amplifier and sending it to the radio. Now my car speakers sound way worse than they use to, my speakers are all blown since the new radio sends the bass to the door speakers instead of the factory subwoofer. My steering wheel controls also stopped working after my car was returned. And I was charged almost 1000 dollars. And this isn’t even mentioning that I had to take my car not once or twice but leave it three times to get the work done and instead of it taking a couple weeks as I was told the process would take, it took months for them to complete their work. They also broke my air vents and replaced them with other broken vents. And I never wrote a review despite everything wrong. But the worst part is that not even 9 months later, my radio has quit working. I just wanted to put this awful experience behind me and it seems to be that I cannot even do that. Now I have to deal with them again. Their technician is extremely rude and every time I asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was told that they were out of town or unavailable, and that they would put me through to him but no one ever did. I have never written a bad review before but this one was long overdue. Please, do yourselves a favor and take your business else where even if it’s slightly more expensive, 100% worth it. ~Alberto

They are as quick as they advertise. No appointment needed. The representatives are nice and willing to help. They offer coupons if you call the main line and have Groupons available pretty regularly. They will always try and sell you something extra though (classic) ~Elsa
SRQ Customs
We went to SRQ Customs to purchase a wiring harness for our new truck stereo. We pulled up and saw a couple if guys working in the garage and they both came out right away and not only gave us exactly what we needed but, they also explained in detail what we needed to do. I was very impressed with their service and knowledge! I highly recommend this place! ~Sherry
Tire Kingdom
Horrible service. Bought a set of nitto tires for a 2016 Sorento and less than a year front tires wore out and we were told the warranty was void because steering rack had play, so we had dealership replace the rack based on tire kingdoms diagnosis as it was under warranty, then bought another set of tires, tire kingdom put new tires on back and old on front drive tires and 7000 mile later they wore out the fronts again, so took back to store where I was told the warranty was void because I did not have them do an alignment and shown such with a yellow highlighter on my receipt and told to take it up with regional manager. Regional manager after going round and round finally agreed to pro rate tires so we paid 300 more dollars to have tires replaced, took the car in and when I went to pick it up the tire pressure warning system was indicating front tires had wrong pressure, I was told that I needed to drive a few miles to reset it, so I reluctantly took the car and drove home. Come to find out that tires were overinflated by roughly 20lbs and I had to let air out, I will never shop with this company again and will warn others to stay away for the sake of safety and savings, ~Brian
