I am a customer of this company since 1995, I have more then 20 pair of sunglasses must of them jim mahui, I decided to buy a pair of Oakley's, after the 10 days purchase I noticed a defect on the lense ant went back to the store, the lady ( stephanie) looked at the glasses and said sorry but you dropped and refused to replaced only offer to sell me a pair for 50% off, I refused and make a report with the company get my claim number and nothing was done, tried to make a report to the BBB and they are not registered with the burau, contacted the company Oakley and had a claim number the respond was I have no warranty and the option to pay for a replacement of the part is impossible because they have no parts for it, stay away from this company is not the same like years ago and Oakley is own by a big corporation from Italy that dominate the market so they do not care if you buy another brand because the money goes back to their pockets.

Walked in just before closing as I needed a new pair of sunglasses, and Stephanie was sweet and gracious in giving me great advice and I finally settled on a pair of Arnette wayfarer style, and she reminded me of a promotion they were running and I got a 2nd pair at $60 off. Very happy with my experience

Brad was very nice to talk to and patient with us. Made for easy, pleasant shopping. No rush or pressure whatsoever. Very diligent about cleanliness and disinfecting sunglasses and credit card machine between customers. Would recommend!

Excellent store as it's one of the few remaining successful businesses in Sarasota Square mall. Brad, the store manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of his products. They have a nice selection and a wide array of quality brands. I don't quite understand the other reviewers and their decision to knock the store for prices that clearly corporate sets. Found the exact sunglasses we were looking at on Amazon, for about 55 percent cheaper. The sales person was pushy and then acted very rude when we were not going to buy $400 glasses. I would not come hereexcept to see something in person.
