Absolutely awful business, I went about 7 months ago to resolve the issue of my front speakers not working in my car, I was charged almost 1000 for a new radio to “fix the issue” but my car was returned with the front speakers still not working and what they thought to be the issue which was my radio was not the issue so they started out by charging me for a diagnostic which was incorrect. They ruined my factory amplifier by cutting all my car wiring to the amplifier and sending it to the radio. Now my car speakers sound way worse than they use to, my speakers are all blown since the new radio sends the bass to the door speakers instead of the factory subwoofer. My steering wheel controls also stopped working after my car was returned. And I was charged almost 1000 dollars. And this isn’t even mentioning that I had to take my car not once or twice but leave it three times to get the work done and instead of it taking a couple weeks as I was told the process would take, it took months for them to complete their work. They also broke my air vents and replaced them with other broken vents. And I never wrote a review despite everything wrong. But the worst part is that not even 9 months later, my radio has quit working. I just wanted to put this awful experience behind me and it seems to be that I cannot even do that. Now I have to deal with them again. Their technician is extremely rude and every time I asked to speak to the manager or owner, I was told that they were out of town or unavailable, and that they would put me through to him but no one ever did. I have never written a bad review before but this one was long overdue. Please, do yourselves a favor and take your business else where even if it’s slightly more expensive, 100% worth it.

Left slingshot to be extended. When it was returned my two amps that were already installed were missing. Talked to Ethan and said he would look into it and get it resolved. After he told me that he stopped answering my calls. Talked to the shop manager Hector and all he wants to know is how I got his number and there is nothing he can do about it. This is a shady establishment and I would not recommend anyone to take there slingshot there especially if you are not from there. At the point of having to reach out to PayPal to get a resolution.

The greatest for car customs. They are some of the most chill people Ive met on the planet. They do great work and stand with integrity from what ive seen so far. They even allowed us to do video work at there home base with the slings. Oh and they rent slings also at a very reasonable price. Id do it for the enjoyment.

Broke mirror off while applying tint. Left a sticky adhesive mess that I am still dealing with trying to remove. Windows dirty and streaky. Charged me an extra $65 to add a “windshield strip” that’s all faded to a discolored blue already but it’s only been four days? Bubbles still everywhere. Total waste of time and money what a headache to deal with. Super tacky. If you care about your car do not bring it here. Extra star because Ryan called to apologize.
