They are as quick as they advertise. No appointment needed. The representatives are nice and willing to help. They offer coupons if you call the main line and have Groupons available pretty regularly. They will always try and sell you something extra though (classic)

I tried the Valvoline drive thru because I had a 50%off coupon for a oil change, pulled right into the bay, and they immediately got started, I gave my coupon, they didn't try and talk me up to a higher purchase, since my vehicle had a previous owner they were able to pull up the Carfax on it and let me know what and when the car had previous maintenance and repairs were done and also made suggestions for future maintenance to make sure my vehicle keeps running well and all the service people were friendly and respectful all for $27.99 for a basic oil change and extras, I say that's a hell of a deal and I will definitely recommend them to other's.. Thanks Valvoline!!!

Excellent. Drove up and drove away in about 10 minutes. All fluid levels were topped off and tire pressure adjusted. Highly recommend.

Was a horrible experience didnt do what they were supposed to do just a all and all bad experience I will never go back rather give my mechanic the money!!!

If you're driving a Mercedes, be aware that they will not be able to reset your service indicator. I was told I need to see the dealer for that. What was supposed to be a 15 minute oil change, ended up being over an hour, because I had to wait until the vehicle decides to measure oil level. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided to wait no more and left. They didn't have OEM oil, despite the fact that I called to make sure and was told that they had it. I was also told that next oil change should be in 3000 miles. With synthetic oil, everyone knows that 10000 miles is easily fine. Anyway, it was painful and frustrating experience. Maybe this is just how it is with imported cars, but with so many of them on the road, business should be equipped with tools to handle this simple job.

They ruin cars and don’t take responsibility for their poor service. DO NOT take your car here. They broke the old filter and could not get the broken piece out of the car. They then told us the car was broken and it was not drivable and that we had to get it towed to a mechanic shop. They then proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the car to get towed out of their shop because we were impeding on their business. After breaking the car, they refused to admit to the mistake they clearly made and also refused to pay for the damages they were responsible for. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any type of place that calls themselves a professional establishment. I would not wish this experience on anyone. The staff was unprofessional and incompetent at their job. Save yourself time, energy and money and please take your car somewhere else.

Upon looking at her car I found that the Valvoline crew had left two plastic covers hanging down on the underside of her car - thus dragging on the pavement as she drove. So I called the store. At first they tried to tell me they were too busy to come to my house to fix it. They wanted me to bring the car back there! I told them that I didn’t cause the problem, that they did and we should not be inconvenienced any more. Plus I didn’t want to drive the car any more than necessary as this would ruin the plastic covers that were dragging. So they finally agreed to send someone out to fix it. Thus, my advice to you, don’t do business here. They are staffed by young inexperienced kids who don’t know what they are doing or who don’t really care about the quality of work they do.
