Horrible service. Bought a set of nitto tires for a 2016 Sorento and less than a year front tires wore out and we were told the warranty was void because steering rack had play, so we had dealership replace the rack based on tire kingdoms diagnosis as it was under warranty, then bought another set of tires, tire kingdom put new tires on back and old on front drive tires and 7000 mile later they wore out the fronts again, so took back to store where I was told the warranty was void because I did not have them do an alignment and shown such with a yellow highlighter on my receipt and told to take it up with regional manager. Regional manager after going round and round finally agreed to pro rate tires so we paid 300 more dollars to have tires replaced, took the car in and when I went to pick it up the tire pressure warning system was indicating front tires had wrong pressure, I was told that I needed to drive a few miles to reset it, so I reluctantly took the car and drove home. Come to find out that tires were overinflated by roughly 20lbs and I had to let air out, I will never shop with this company again and will warn others to stay away for the sake of safety and savings,

My mother and I came in this morning because my car's rear brake lights would not turn off (even when the car was in park and off). When we arrived, Andrew was incredibly helpful. He identified the issue and fixed it quickly, free of charge! I'll certainly be back when my car needs to be serviced. Thanks so much!

The service manager Mr. Rosa at Tire Kingdom was more than willing to help with my tire repair…And he quickly got his service technician Jeremy to repair and patch my tire from the inside out… I give them five stars for their willingness to help professionalism and quality of service… Great job guys I will be back again

Terrible. I set an appointment around lunchtime today for 5pm and was called at 4:20pm when I was already on the road and was told I had to reschedule or cancel my appointment due to a glitch they had with their website which somehow allowed me to schedule an appointment outside of their operating hours (they close at 6pm and the appointment was scheduled for 5pm, so go figure). They had plenty of time to call me earlier but waited less than an hour before the appointment to let me know. Being it wasn’t my fault, I shouldn’t have to reschedule nor cancel - they should’ve just honored the appointment as I had to take time off of work to get there on time. I wont be going back nor will I schedule any more work with them. That was just plain crummy.

Andrew promised next day delivery (Saturday) on 4 Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires. The next day TK called to tell me the tires were not on the truck. Not a happy customer at that point but the honesty and fairness they exhibited the following business day (Monday) when the tires did come in was impressive. The car was already on the lift with tires off so that when the tires arrived they immediately installed them and aligned the front-end. When I picked up the car Phil told me the invoice had been reduced because of the inconvenience. These guys are real pros and know how to handle a misstep. I appreciate their sincere communications and not sugar coating an uncomfortable situation. The ride back to Western NY was a peace of mind journey thanks to Tire Kingdom.

I visited yesterday thinking air pressure was low on my tires because of cold weather. One of the guys in the shop cheerfully offered to fill my tires with air. No charge! While doing that, he noticed a bolt in one tire. They determined it could be patched, and took care of it immediately. No charge! The guys were all incredibly nice, polite, helpful (the man at the desk and the few in the shop) and performed services they weren't charging me for! It was a great experience, and I will return to them for my future car needs. Thank you again!

I made an appointment online and the kind people at the store were nice enough to call ahead to let me know that the website wasn’t showing in-store made appointments, so I was able to secure a ride and drop my vehicle off instead off waiting around for it to be ready, I really appreciate that they called me in advance, I understand the trouble businesses are having with staffing due to the pandemic.
