Pretty bad. I checked in this morning and ask for them to look at my left head light. No problem. This afternoon I received a call asking for me to pick up my car and make an appointment in a couple of days. why didn't they mention that this morning. what a joke! They did not deliver anything except a broken promise

Went to go have my battery tested. The guy I spoke to behind the counter was very rude and had a bad attitude. Told me “we’ll get to it at some point.” Again, was not very nice. So I’ll take my business elsewhere and will not recommend pep boys.

George is a very kind gentleman. I can not believe how quick I got my vehicle done. I saw George himself handle 5 customers at once and still had the patience for me and my car. Unbelievable service from George despite being the only employee working the desk. Thank you so much Sir!

I had a 5pm appointment to get an alignment. I spoke to an unprofessional member of the staff who answered the phone "Hello" and gave no indication of who he even was or what business I was calling. He then asked if my car was lowered. I said no, and then was told they couldn't do the alignment anyways. I am convinced they just didn't want to do the work otherwise he wouldn't have even asked if my car was lowered so honestly, I'm better off not being in their care but I advise you to avoid this place if you care about your vehicle at all. Teach this guy some customer service.

My husband took our jeep there for front end issue. When they found the problem, they called us up and gave us an estimate of the repairs. We approved it and they completed the work, the tech's and the front desk (Stephen) were all very professional. Our new to go place for repairs.

Stephen King was amazing! For my first appointment, they didn’t have the transmission fluid needed and I had to reschedule. I normally would have been very upset but Steven did everything to accommodate me and even gave me 10% off for my troubles. Customer service is great. Would definitely recommend.

I can say one of the best things from this place was Steven‘s excellent customer service, who was thankful in training to become a manager! The moment I walked through the door he was standing with another coworker and he was the only one with a smile on his face. Everybody else that I dealt with had a “blah” attitude and didn’t make it a very welcoming environment. I got two opposite time frames for my vehicle to be done; which can be frustrating due to working and planning other things in the day. This place could probably use a little updating due to the fact that I couldn’t even use the restroom because it wasn’t in proper working condition. I wish I had a better experience especially with it being my first time at any Pep Boys location.

Really bad service, I went in for oil change on a Saturday, they told me to wait an hour, ok, an hour passed, and I go to the counter and ask how long more I have to wait and also ask for a bottle of water they didn’t have nothing to give to customers that needs to wait for their vehicles inside the shop, the lady said i need to keep waiting, long story short, 2 1/2 passed and nothing, I went again to the counter and talk to another staff, and she realized my order was not even done. That is insane. They worse customer service and worse consideration for customers treating people like their time is not valuable.
