Dropped off a macbook pro that needed a screen replacement. The screen they put on was a fake and it didn't function well with my computer. I was charged 500 for the new screen and 65 for the repair... No only did the screen display faded icons but the lights in my keys no longer worked.... Being calm cool and collected I brought the computer back and expressed my concerns. They offered to look at my computer for a cost..... I had to find a new screen on ebay and put the screen on myself. So a 565 dollar repair turned into a 1000 dollar repair. Once the new screen was on my computer functioned normally. Everything is great with the computer and its fine now. Beware of this place. They get all their parts from China and parts from china are either fake or poor quality.

Thanks for making phenomenal tech support affordable. Your customer service is so on point. Other, remote tech help absolutely shuns me. (This includes 800 troubleshooting numbers & eBay fraud support; I'm virtually sitting "out" 4 minutes like I 86'd an NHL forward.) Your repairs & advice stand alone between my family's functional hardware and the junkyard; the '12 air streams daily because you're genius with bot-happy intrusion viruses - thanks again!

I dropped my laptop and broke a bunch of pieces off it internally and externally, and eventually it wouldn't turn on. The nice man at Uptech took it apart and saved it, dealing with the hardware and even repairing the laptop shell/body. I'm so grateful! He had it ready in one afternoon and the price was very reasonable! Initially I took it to a different shop nearby, and they wouldn't even look at it. I'm so glad my family told me Uptech had fixed their laptops in the past.

I don't recommend this company. I assume they're technically qualified, but so are the many computer repair shops in the area. I would go elsewhere. Why? The proprietor doesn't bother to do the minimum of working with the customer to understand the problem or discuss the customer's concerns. Just took my computer and contact info and good bye. No discussion of problem. Didn't ask what was already done So, the technician did exactly what I had done. Decided it needed $900 to repair and charged me $65 for doing what I had done. Then, when I voiced my concerns, she said " you didn't tell me. Of course, she never asked. No communication. Go somewhere else where they take the time to talk to you.

Brought in my laptop - they called me the same day - said it would be ready the next day and gave me the price. Professional, friendly and experienced - wouldn't go anywhere else!

They are the kindest, most professional, reliable computer repair company I have ever had work on my devices. There have been times that I dropped by with a broken printer and they fix it within the hour and charge me a very low price. They are a wonderful family owned and operated business and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer.

This is our "go to" place for IT problems with our computers, printers, etc., and have never been disappointed over at least the last 8 to 10 years of using their support for my hardware. Also purchased a new computer built by them and a HP laser printer. Both are still used in our business daily. In summing up, the point of this review is Uptech Computer is reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable and ALWAYS dependable. If they tell you it's not worth fixing, take the advice. Most of my computer and printer issues are resolved within 24 hours and on rare occasions while I wait. These are good people.

We needed someone to fix our HP DesignJet 500 and they did a great job! I spoke with them over the phone to explain the problem and they knew what it was right away. Even had the exact part in stock and said he could come by in the morning. He was exactly on time, very friendly, and charged what he quoted over the phone and did not try to upsell. I highly recommend Uptech Computer! Great job guys!

They were very helpful cleaning up my Mom's computer and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. We got it home and still had issues and they kept working with us for NO EXTRA COST! The problem (or at least one of them) ended up being a bad monitor. They were polite, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their services.
