Wow awesome. Having issues with my PC, called they answered the phone, said to bring it in and when I got there they hooked it right away. It ended up being a small issue and they didn't even charge me for. Great service will definitely refer and use again

Being away from home (very far away indeed) and having a broken macbook air (when work depends on it) is not the best life you can dream of ... But, Experimax (and more specifically Bob) is right there, just a couple of miles away. Support is just amazing ! Lifesaver for sure ! (Thanks Bob for the help, but mine has definitevely passed away, time to move to a brand new one ;-)). I recommend the place !

Raymond is awesome!! Customer service was amazing. Brought my phone In for a reset, turns out it was a clogged ear piece. Best price in Cape Coral if I would have gotten it done elsewhere as I had planned it would have at least been $20 more. Thanks Raymond!

Very bad experience! My omen laptop came back with scratches all over it after I had to leave it in store for owner to come view it smh. It took 4 to 5hrs just to not get a offer or nothing . They just gave me my laptop back and said have a good day.. like wow.. before I dropped it off I got conversation and all. Won't ever return. Very bad experience

05/09 UPDATE: Kevin, the owner, never bothered to contact my husband or I. It's been over a week now since this review. This speaks volumes to how my husband and I were treated. No communication between the owner, his employees and us. It's sad to see a business I had been to several times before and recommended to others fall so far. On 3/15, I brought three devices into the Experimac Store for services listed below: ● USB-C Ipad Charger (Large) ● Ipad Pro 11” New Screen Protector and installation ● Service Bundle for a Diagnostic Tune Up on all 3 devices ● Physical Clean of all 3 devices (they stated they were taking the devices apart to perform a deep physical clean) ● Install a new SSD drive ● Transferring personal data from the old SSD drive to the new SSD drive The iPad charger they gave me was cracked, they wiped the SSD drive and lost all personal information of mine. They claimed they did not wipe the drive and I had it brought to another store who informed me otherwise. They did not clean the devices, they installed the iPad screen protector poorly and is now peeling off. They do not communicate and argued against my claims that things were not done and had no ability to prove otherwise. I tried to negotiate with the office and the owner refuses to speak to me. They are no longer answering my phone calls. They made me pay in full PRIOR to services being rendered and then refuse to refund me. They did not render the services that were agreed upon. As a result I lost $649.59 to a company that didn't provide service as promised.

I left my house at 12:30pm and drove all over god's creation looking for a very specific adapter for a very old piece. Every place I walked into offered me a $120 service or an amazon link for the piece. At 5:30 I finally walked into Experimax in Cape Coral (after driving from Bonita Springs) to have MY HERO walk out and literally save the day!! I cannot thank you enough, you deserve nothing but the best in life.

Noel did a good job of preparing my desktop computer. Ray was knowledgeable and good in customer service. I was disappoint their follow up was lacking. They didn't call me to let me know it was running late but overall a good experience.
