Are used to never shop here until I got my red card credit card. And it’s been such a lifesaver a big thank you to the drive up team at target who handles all the pick up orders. They are all absolutely fabulous and I’ve been shopping here for months and even with how forgetful I am to add on items they are always super sweet and super accommodating not once have I ever had a bad experience with drive up. I think this is probably one of the best things target has done for their customers and the fact that they have such a good crew working drive up really is impressive. Just wanted to take a few minutes to let management know that they are doing a fabulous job.

Order online for store pickup, great experience. I had 2 sick kids in the car and need medicine for them, I ordered and within a short time it was ready for pickup. Drove there and within a couple of minutes they brought my order right to my car. Fast, friendly and convenient.

Had issues with an employee telling me to enter a parking stall number in the app when I had to go inside to pick up my order. Didn’t like being told I had to deceive the system to pick up my order. Also was told they couldn’t provide a paper receipt. I asked to speak with a Manager. Some guy came over, didn’t introduce himself, proceeded to cut me off before I could tell him my issue. He rambled for 30 seconds when I had to tell him to “stop talking”. I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills, and he turned his back to me and walked away stating “Funny, I’ve been doing this for 27 years”. Look dude, if you don’t listen, you’re inadequate in your managerial position no matter how many years you’ve been doing your job. The only way to continuously improve yourself and the company you work for is to be a mature adult and work to resolve the issues, and stop being a part of the problem.

had to get on a write a review for the girl at self check out i think her name was julie im not 100% sure (something close forsure) but she was so so sweet and helped a mom with a screaming baby she talked to and played with the baby which you could tell made the mom feel so much more relaxed trying to finish checking out!! 10/10 above and beyond customer service

I will never get Starbucks at this location, first of all the girl who works there , Rocie Roxie whatever her name, is AWFUL to guests and customers. If that’s their definition of good customer service do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks across the street instead, she not only makes your drinks incorrectly but also gives attitude and proceeds to roll her eyes when you tell her that she made the drink incorrectly when you insist it’s not made correctly , she is truly not fit for any job that requires Any Sort of customer service . She needs to be far away from people. If you aren’t happy doing your job leave and quit and stop making other people miserable around you. People come in for coffee As start of their day and they don’t need to see the grinch while ordering their “WRONG” Starbucks order

I love Target! The stores are clean and I can always find the products I am looking for. I also love the fact that I can do all my shopping at the same place. The employees are pleasant and helpful which makes the shopping experience pleasant.
