Absolutely horrible customer service.. from Diana doing Amazon returns..a elderly couple couldn't get their Amazon return code to pull up on their phone Diana was very unprofessional the older man asked her what to do with the Amazon box? She snatched the box from him and tossed it said we will recycle it. This happened at 10:30am is Sunday 8/14. I would encourage management to review the cameras. I understand places are understaffed and it can cause stress this, however is how to not treat people. ~Desiree_

Walmart Neighborhood Market

This was a pretty awful experience with the customer service department. Iā€™ve never seen so much standing around. I get it. We are all desperate for help! But if your paying the helpā€¦ Wellā€¦ Manage your people to help and do their job! The entire department was more concerned with blowing up balloons and popping them! I thought there was a line in front of me, so I was being patient waiting for my turn. But apparently, everyone else was waiting as well. Maybe these were hourly employees. But I know as a fact a manager came over because he had the keys to the safe so he could get change for the check out drawers. He personally witnessed it, chimed in with the joke, then walked away. If you are working in the customer service department, you should clearly be aware of what people are waiting for, or if they have been helped. I meanā€¦ It literally says customer service! Will I be back to Walmart? Yes, because you have the only formula that my son will eat and the supply is getting harder and harder to find! Will I be going by and using the customer service department? Absolutely not! Work on the training and management skills of your employees! ~Andy

Walmart Neighborhood Market

Gone are the days of 1 stop shopping for groceries...These days I have to go 4 different retail establishments in order to find everything I need to stock my pantry. Not one store has everything I need. Neighborhood Walmart was no exception. I stopped there first, from there I then went to Walmart Super Center. Publix was next. Target was my last stop. This is the norm. I am used to it by now. Come summer, I will be hating life when it is time to buy groceriesšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø ~HauserMcQuaid

Target

I went to all 3 Targets and the teen sections of clothes were off the hangers on to the floor. They were in little piles. Mostly the bathing suits. Workers need to check and walk around. The ladies were stocking and not even seeing others departments. They were fixing parts of the store that were not unruly. I told several ladies and they said oh yes we will get to it. ~Marie

Target

Are used to never shop here until I got my red card credit card. And itā€™s been such a lifesaver a big thank you to the drive up team at target who handles all the pick up orders. They are all absolutely fabulous and Iā€™ve been shopping here for months and even with how forgetful I am to add on items they are always super sweet and super accommodating not once have I ever had a bad experience with drive up. I think this is probably one of the best things target has done for their customers and the fact that they have such a good crew working drive up really is impressive. Just wanted to take a few minutes to let management know that they are doing a fabulous job. ~Rebecca
