This is my neighborhood market. I love it . It's organized and usually everyone is nice and professional however this lady it's horrible. Not only she was talking trash about the Haitian family in front of me who couldn't pay for all their food :( , she was trashing them put with another co-worker after they left for using food stamps ans not being able to feed their son . Horrible. She didn't greet me at all . She keep stopping to scan my items cause she was busy talking with her co-worker. Then they stared talking to each other on the ear. She told me how much was my total and that's about it. Didn't say good bye or have a good day . Nothing ! Poor costumer service skills! Also she was sooo slow . I am pregnant 34 weeks and my almost 2 year old with me . Thank God my husband was around to help .Wallmart hire new people who are passionate about their job. Racist Karen .

Grocery pickup was horrible. Missing 6 items and 5 items from produce were rotten. When I called the store I was told all the cucumbers and onions were that way. Hmm here’s a thought, get rid of your rotten produce.

I just do not like Walmart at all.Most there workers seem misrable! There pickers for online shopping are always in the way.It makes it hard to shop.

Its ok, nothing great, missing the madelaines on the bakery dept, the cuban bread size is getting to the baguette's territory, chances of getting Puerto Rican bread are 3/10. Those are a must have

Everytime I go its worse. Dirty store. Rude employees and so small!! You can barely get two carts past each other in the aisles and they just leave pallets of product anywhere and everywhere. The lines at the self check remind me of black Friday. Ridiculous

This was a pretty awful experience with the customer service department. I’ve never seen so much standing around. I get it. We are all desperate for help! But if your paying the help… Well… Manage your people to help and do their job! The entire department was more concerned with blowing up balloons and popping them! I thought there was a line in front of me, so I was being patient waiting for my turn. But apparently, everyone else was waiting as well. Maybe these were hourly employees. But I know as a fact a manager came over because he had the keys to the safe so he could get change for the check out drawers. He personally witnessed it, chimed in with the joke, then walked away. If you are working in the customer service department, you should clearly be aware of what people are waiting for, or if they have been helped. I mean… It literally says customer service! Will I be back to Walmart? Yes, because you have the only formula that my son will eat and the supply is getting harder and harder to find! Will I be going by and using the customer service department? Absolutely not! Work on the training and management skills of your employees!

Just a quick trip to see if they had any Hennessey vsop & the guy behind the counter didn't have a clue, because it isn't his usual job and the lady he was covering for so she could go outside to smoke; was rather rude after coming back from her break. If you don't have something in stock, mark it as out of stock and we the consumers wouldn't have to interrupt your smoke break to get assistance with our purchases. I guess rude is the new normal
