Nice, helpful staff. Cashier was welcoming. Parking lot was full and thete were no empty carts in the store. Guess 5hat shows how busy they are. Overall, a good experience.

Check your bottled products. I bought a Classico Alfredo sauce. When I got home it was full of black dots. I googled it. Take the bottle back to the store, it's no good.

I truely hate this store every time i come here, everythings empty.. the employees have personalities of either a rock or a rattle snake.. and today Im standing in a line across the front of the store. 6 employees standing around 2 of them working a register.. everyone relying the the self check out registers now.. like the brainless people that shop here even know how to do the self check out.. hire some cashiers... create some jobs for the locals for christ sake. Doing that will also help the shoppers... Thats why I like publix more than walmart anymore.. rant over... this store needs to step up as a bussiness.. seriously..

Awful that I'm here on vacation and needed medication. My PCP called it in immediately, I was never notified by the pharmacy at this Walmart, ended up spending money to go to urgent care here, all to find out my medication had been called in and the pharmacy never let me know. Even though they had me sign up for texts and calls with their location

I have had HORRIBLE customer service in the store, but the delivery service comes right out of Dante's Inferno. The drivers do not speak or read English. The first one left my belongings in front of my neighbor's door, one that is CLEARLY marked differently than what is on the order. The second time, the driver "could not find my address" so he called me and then ARGUED with me what my address was even after I sent him a text with a screenshot of my order number right above my ADDRESS!!! He kept saying No. No, he didn't receive it. No, that's not the address. NO. NO. NO. He said I have to tell him my address even though I told him TEN TIMES. I told him it was his job to deliver the order and get it to me right away. I even sat outside and put a note on the front door saying, "WALMART HERE". He just was completely incompetent even to put the correct address into Google and get directions that way!! Holy macaroni!!! The map in the "track my order" showed he was about a half mile away going in circles on the wrong street. So, what did he do? He took everything back to the store. Cancelled the order. Then I had to spend 45 minutes on hold with customer service to have the girl tell me everything I told her before she put me on hold! Unbelievable! NO HELP AT ALL. While I was on hold, I used my other phone to call the store that sent the driver out. NO ANSWER after calling 15 times, letting it ring 20 times, and then getting disconnected by their automated system. I tried every department and "the associate" option several times: NOTHING. The store doesn't close until 11pm, but they stopped answering at 9:20pm??? Completely unacceptable. What a ridiculous excuse for a business. I seriously question the skills of management who would hire such incompetent drivers. Pffft.

Empty shelves in a number of aisles, almost zero consideration in the aisles for handicapped shoppers (crowded with merchandise), and the snot at the checkout service stand who 1) ignored me 4 times as I stood waiting at his desk for him to acknowledge me, 2) pretended he spoke no English, but spoke fluently when someone at the service desk called him over 3) acted stupid and said in a very heavy accent "I don know. You had to look." when I spoke to him in excellent Spanish. The product was about 10 feet away, but I missed it bc of my reduced vision. Just like Hialeah - Miami- Doral area. Active disrespect and lack of customer service. Boo. And their delivery service is a JOKE, but not a funny one. Three different orders and three drivers who cannot find my place, either canceling the order or leaving down the street at the completely WRONG address. Not good customer service at all.

Only spent $17.10. Gave the cashier a $20, oops, she punched in 22, OMG now what are we going to do?? She had to get out a calculator to figure it out!🙉 more of an indictment of today's educational system than Wal mart, but really, train your cashiers how to count back change.
