Maria "the red headed woman", was by far the most helpful courteous and KINDEST person I have ever met in a shop like this. My wife and I had lots of questions and she answered them all without hesitation! My wife and I felt VERY comfortable and VERY welcome in the store. It was THE BEST experience we have ever had in these types of stores. We will be back for ALL of our needs. And we will be asking for Maria each and every time.

Absolutely disappointed disgusted and what a horrible experience walking into this place. There is not a dressing room !!!!!!?????? You have to use the bathroom. How is this place even open. You should be ashamed. Literally the worst shop there is. Without a doubt. You all lost about a 500 dollar purchase today. How sad.

Walked in and immediately the red hair girl acted like she did not even want to give me the time a day! Steve for a few minutes Looked around sales lady seem to be more intrigued by the phone them a customer, I have bought many things from this place but this was definitely a chill! Don’t think I’ll be going back

Have been in the store numerous times to pick up various items. The store is always super clean and the staff are always professional. Brandy that works there is very knowledgeable about the products and is GREAT at recommending exactly what I need!

Item purchased never worked from day one. Sales person swore this was the best product and a “favorite” of the staff. Followed all instructions -item did not hold a charge -at $140.00 and not working I requested my money be returned. Was told could exchange. The item was not wrapped as if it were new making me question whether or not things returned are resold as new. Especially items at a high price point. I have never had an issue prior to this one at this merchant-but after this I wont be returning & I will be sharing my experience with this company.

Highly trained staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable about products as well as showing how to turn products off and on, how to operate, charging and cleaning products. Without their assistance I would have probably gone wrong, but thanks to the great advice from Brandy, everything went smooth, well taken care of and love their high quality products. Definitely a returning customer.

My husband and I went in excited to spice things up in the bedroom. We thought we were talking to a discreet young lady but in fact she spoke VERY loudly. And although we aren't shy , she made my husband and I very uncomfortable and the whole store could hear her. We even asked her politely to please lower her voice and she refused. Regardless of it being a sex shop if a customer asks you to lower your voice and keep it discreet, you respect it.
