It is always a pleasure to shop Macy's, especially their sales nd clearance; yes clearance, I sayed it for there's no shame in the game of bargain shopping for the same merchandise at a lower cost. I remember when I was scared to shop at Macy's because they were overpriced, but I've manage to find all sorts bargains nd not to mention their coupons that they offer sometime guest but mainly to cardholders. I usually dont come to Hialeah because Customer Service is not the dictionary for the 305 city. But Arlett from the SunglassesHut area is an alien, what a sweet lady! She is a delight to deal with in a world full of people running around like chicken without heads 🤣

This review is for the online pickup service at Macy’s Westland. Previous reviews are true so be prepared to wait for an hour to pick up your order! See picture this was at 10:20 Am... it’s crazy how this is constantly happening and management doesn’t fix it. For me, I’m not waiting for an hour. They can keep the watch I’m going to order one on Amazon.
