Best department store in Hialeah, Florida (FL) 2024

Today I would like to give just no stars, but one is for the guy at the entrance very polite and kind, and the other for the girls at the fitting room that are always very nice and with good attitude. The reason of this review is because of the cashiers and the one that appears to look like the manager… I wanted to return some items, I was in the line that I’ve been used for years when I need to do so, and no one pay attention to me or ask me anything, when I approached to that lady, she was rude and sent me to the long regular line. This is the first time at any location or store that someone treat me like this. I decided to just leave. I’ll rather give this clothes to someone else. And find a different store where to buy. Customer service is very important. If you work with public you have to learn how to treat them properly. ~Anny

It is always a pleasure to shop Macy's, especially their sales nd clearance; yes clearance, I sayed it for there's no shame in the game of bargain shopping for the same merchandise at a lower cost. I remember when I was scared to shop at Macy's because they were overpriced, but I've manage to find all sorts bargains nd not to mention their coupons that they offer sometime guest but mainly to cardholders. I enjoy my many years of shopping in person or online nd if you're looking for quality, stylish but reasonable prices, shop their "Style & Company". #Kudos2UMacy's ~Cynthia
