Personal Shopper Josie is incredible—we went in the store looking for something specific and had some trouble. Josie guided us to exactly what was needed and even knew what the correct size would be. While we were checking out there was an emergency situation that caused the mall to be locked down. Josie remained calm and made sure us and other customers were safe, and followed protocol. Austin in the fragrance department was FANTASTIC! I felt like I was making a purchase with someone I knew for years. Very friendly, but he was knowledgeable about the products and made suggestions that matched the type of scents I like. Attentive, but not pushy. Great service!!!

Man I've shopped here for 40 years 4 / 5 stars, Then. Now, maybe 3 stars. last 10 years clothes fall apart almost as soon as you bring them home. iE buttons on sweaters etc. Seams with visible string. Cheaper quality.? Yes haven't been back in 5 yrs plus. Sales used to be commission I miss that. They seem to care more for the customer. They were knowledgeable, friendly.

We picked up a new swimsuit 👙 at Macy's for our young girl. They have a lot of low prices on kids clothes. I love there children's clothes they are so cute. They have a lot of clothes for your older women as will. They carry toy's that all my kids wanted. I like the selection of bedding they carry. They have shoes 👞for all ages. I love the pom tree pillars they have indoors .

Difficult to get parking in the lot when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. Nice clean store quite spacious. Lots of nice stock of clothing, shoes, accessories,etc. Very helpful staff, particularly on the in store shoe franchise.
