Not sure why their registers have a Customer Service sign but they only do returns on the second floor? I waited over 45 minutes to return a paid of shoes. They decent prices is almost not worth the chance to return. There isn’t even any signage about returns are only upstairs.

Completely the worst customer service in their salon. Corina had no respect for my time; furthermore, Diane (the store manager) at first seemed to provide a solution. Diane, however, has proven not to rectify by providing a solution, although I have exhausted all avenues to bring resolution to their messed up in the first place.

I used to really love JC Penny's when it was at University Mall...but the one here at Brandon Town Center Mall... whoever designed the layout for that store...SUCKS!! You LITERALLY have to walk from one end of the store to the other to get to anything... Women's undergarments are upstairs while you have to go back downstairs and clear across to the other side of the store for the women's fitting room to try anything on...better hope it fits...cause it's a long walk back across the store and back upstairs to try another size...not idea for anyone with back or health issues of any kind... DEFINITELY need more organized with the different departments closer together instead of so scattered and on multiple floors...need to open more of the fitting rooms to use that were all closed so you don't have to walk so far to the only one open...also need more checkout stations...and not scattered around so far apart .... Still love JC Penny's but not this particular store's layout....🤦🤷

Used the beauty shop there, I have for years. Because I travel, it's nice to have a place where I can get exceptional service that's consistent. If they stylist needs any information on my color, cut or process they can just call up my information in their system.

I bought a piece of jewelry from this store. The staff was friendly but I made a mistake of buying a protection plan from them. Now I’ve been waiting over a month for a repair and they have no clue when it’ll be fixed.

You need time to look through the mass amount of clothing in clearance. They have some amazing deals. I can certainly find what I am looking for here. They have many bargains if you have time to look.

Nice big store, clean and well maintained. Sometimes the required sizes are not available. Also the stuffs are bit expensive but they do have some sales.

Ample parking and the staff is quite helpful. But these days these staff is quite less. There seems to be quite a bit of good deals going around. I also use the app for in-store price checking it was an average experience. The place is clean and well maintained. The entrances can be further improved in terms of ease of operation. Anyway a good place.
