I bought a pack of 1882 I got home the whole pac was trash I came back an the lady refused to refund me or give me a new pack this happened multiple times the lady doesn’t even know English at all never coming back I used to go here every day I even showed her the pack terrible service

Ever since 7-11 started with their 'new coffee urns' the quality of the brew has gone down. I used to value their coffee, but not any more, 'cause today it's just HIT and MISS. At $1.71 a cup, I want more hits to my coffee choices. Furthermore, those 'new coffee urns' require cleaning, just like the glass carafes used-to. GOTTA CLWAN 'EM. Can't see how old the coffee is, 'cause I can't see through them new urns!

Yaya for 2nd shift & Beverly & sam for 3rd shift ! I can’t remember the Jamaican woman name from first shift that had the really pretty hair but either way it goes they make that store great ! Everyone else including the owners are not warm and welcoming I love these ladies go out my way to stop at the store almost every day to chat with them even if I’m not purchasing anything at the time !

Store "manager" refused to sell me a coffee refill and stated it was against the law in Florida to sell re-fills due to the virus. She is incorrect, and delusional apparently. Most of the employees at this location are great but the tall thin female short haired loon of a manager starts trouble with me every time I go in now. I have been a customer at this store for almost 9 years. She has been working there for a couple months. She will be the cause of more issues I am certain.

It’s a shame how rude the overnight cashier is she needs to fired!! For not properly doing her job right I’m only 26 years old don’t look it and I don’t have a problem getting my ID for anyone but for you to sit and not ID everyone that was in the line before me which majority of them look way younger than me and then when you get to me you asked me for my ID and then when I asked her why didn’t she ID the rest of the customers that was in front of me she said oh because I know them they are regulars but what if there was an auditor standing in line behind me what would she have did then what the whole business would’ve been shut down so I would vies whoever Is in charge of the 7-Eleven to correct that overnight cashier because she’s bound to get you guys store shut down and arguing with the customer saying she’s doing her job the right way when clearly she wasn’t an it was never a problem getting the ID But when she started speaking to me when I wasn’t speaking to her and when I was talking to the customer and arguing with a customer as that being her job she should even said two words to me when I was only speaking to the customer not her decided to get mad because I asked the customer a question did she ID them and she said no because she was a regular and she knew her as she thought was all fun and games to Kiki and laugh and joke with the customer and not do her job the right way!!!!!!
