If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 2 mornings st 8:10-8:15 and I have been around 4pm and this store is closed. I mean if you're not gonna be open then post it don't just not open and have a sign saying you open at 8am.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. The employees are good with the customers. It's a big store with lots of different things to purchase for the house and vehicles.

Closest store near me but I rather drive across town to a different location. It's always the AA cashier lady with the short hair that will get an attitude. If you don't do what she tells you at the register she won't scan your items. She will make sure to tell you she's not like everybody else. Lol can't do nothing but laugh but however that just goes to show you that's just plain laziness, and I don't get paid to do the employee's job. Very iffy location wouldn't be surprised if this woman read this and tries to fight me next time that's just how they are lol. Too many fights and homeless around asking for change anyways.

Its my neighborhood FD but its so run down and only 2 or 3 people that work there are actually nice. It really is a last resort option for me. Id rather drive 20 minutes to get to another one.

By far the worst customer service ever. The employee cussed me out called me all kind names n was trying to fight me. I have never been disrespected by an employee before and the girl snatched my bag out of my hand when I told her I will go to my car and get my purse cause I was .28 cents short. I had to call the police because this woman really wanted to fight me. I will be calling corporate and hopefully she gets fired cause you just don't treat ppl like that especially at your job. Unbelievable, never again will I enter that store again.

this Family Dollar has a marvelous customer service base. Tho some of the female employees are rude. Most of the employees are marvelous. I would most definitely recommend.

IT'S VERY CONVENIENT JUST NEED TO KEEP THEY'RE BASKETS CLEAN I'M A CANCER PATIENT CAN'T AFFORD TO CATCH BACTERIA MOSTLY THE ONES I GO TO BASKETS ARE DIRTY I'M SPENDING MY MONEY I GUESS WHEN YOUR STORES GET SUED YOU ALL WILL GET THE PROGRAMS.IF I SEE THEM I'M GONNA TAKE PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO CORPORATE AND THE NEWS.THEN THINGS WILL BE BETTER YOU RUN A BUSINESS .

This store has NOT changed since it opened many years ago. Its always dirty & packed. The homeless sitting out front of the store is ridiculous! You never know if they're going to just ask for money or stab you. I can no longer shop at this location. As soon as you turn into the large parking lot you're risking your life. The owner of the whole Plaza should be held responsible for the way this place looks. They've had years to clean this place up!

Crap..it took 3 workers and 1 supervisor to count one drawer...20 mins later, still counting the money and only one register open. When questioned about opening the register, the response was "we aint ready." With an eye roll and an attitude. ..and that was the self proclaimed manager. Total lack of customer service. Theyz too busy checking facebook and gossipin to address customers...shoots, 20 mins wasted in line of half a dozen people waiting and about 6 or 7 workers in the store "working" ..but only 1 register open. I gave up waiting and left without making a purchase.
