Cashier Robert was on his phone so I told him I'd wait for him to finish his call. He said he could multi task! (I guess nobody trained him that it's rude to be on your phone while waiting on customers). Anyway, long story short, he got mad and now he refuses to ring me out and they allow him to do that. I'd fire him for refusing to do his job. The other day a new little girl was at the register and I said hold on a minute I'm not sure if I want this item and she looked at me and said "then put it back" I was shocked. I said excuse me, I'm not sure if it want it or not. When I decided that I did, she said that she wasn't going to ring me up. And wouldn't. What the heck. Where is the DM? Bad attitudes

This is a convenient location however it’s really ghetto. The aisles, floors & shelves are often dirty and junky. And the staff at the registers casually curses with swear words out loud right in front of customers. There is no respect or professionalism here at all.

Cashiers are rude!! They all need a customer service training.

The staff is courteous and helpful if needing something from the top shelf, but most days they need more cashiers willing to work instead of watching a line wrap down an entire aisle almost back to the entrance of the store. Kinda unnecessary and ridiculous waiting in line for 15-20 min with only one customer in front of you to just purchase one item.

This one's for the GM of family dollar....you got some extremely obeis Caucasian male there...walking around trying to throw out good patron acting like he can misidentify a previouse their...a note to all and him...go ahead put a finger on my should so you can find out what happens next for a family dollar job...go find a rock and hid now fatty...and still waiting for that touch or contact next time so you can find out your fait

This entire store is a complete wreck, especially the staff. Very unprofessional, rude staff with no customer service experience. Family Dollar needs to fire and rehire people who actually care about their brand. Just because it’s in the hood doesn’t mean staff shouldn’t be required to be professional! They open late, close early, always have just 1 register open while the line gets long, and the employees play all types of inappropriate music while people are shopping. Boxes are always in the way of shoppers which is a major safety hazard having people blocked in, cutting themselves and tripping over Boxes. Would never come here again

Its an okay store. Employees are decent for the most part. Store is Always messy &&& out of stock of a lot of common items tho. Definitely think they need more staff &&& things could be Mxh better
