Total incompetence. Dollar Twenty Five Tree is the new McDonalds or worse when it comes to customer service. The "manager" (not sure what he manages to accomplish) walked away from the counter and saw me walking up to it. I assumed he saw me and was putting something back in stock and would return to ring me out. Nope 3 minutes later no one to be found, then a spanish grl walked up that "works" there, sees me standing at the counter, doesn't acknowledge me at all, then walks away to go help another spanish customer. This is definitely the worst D25T in TAMPA. Fire these people!!! Close the door and burn this location down!

This is the most disgusting and unorganized dollar tree I’ve ever been to. I figured maybe they were just stocking things but it’s like this every-time I come. Poor management. Disgusting bathrooms. Definitely no pride in the work place. I’d be ashamed to work here. Will not be returning.

You would think that if actively operating in this atmosphere wasn't enough for a wake up call to management, that surely the reviews alone might ring a bell. SMDH. As they go back for months and months and months and months. Get it together. How does this even happen? Completely a loss right now.

Terribly rude management... Boxes everywhere and my disabled mother had asked for assistance looking for a grocery cart and nobody acknowledged her at all.... By the time she found one on her own, she was unable to look around the aisles because the boxes took up the majority of the walk ways. Absolutely disgraceful... Time to shut this location down..

2 stars because of the sudden HORRIBLY LOUD music that came on and disturbed the peaceful shopping experience. Who does that??? 1. your taste and mine differ greatly. 2. Your speakers are broken o wait that was a radio station. A bad one at that by my standards and the other 4 ladies on the same aisle. 3. I get you don t pay your staff well but a happy staff translates in happy serving customer which translates in repeat business. Other than that, i suggest you subscribe to the same music that other stores choose. Non offensive to the ear and improve the speakers do the LOUD static is not overbearing. And have a nice day.

No matter how busy they are, the cashiers are always wonderfully pleasant. Whatever they are doing for their employees they should keep it up! And given how many things get moved around in a day, the store almost always looks neat.
