If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 2 mornings st 8:10-8:15 and I have been around 4pm and this store is closed. I mean if you're not gonna be open then post it don't just not open and have a sign saying you open at 8am. ~Hernandez

The worst walmart we have ever been too. We did a pickup order and they delayed it, then they had all these substitutions on it. But the wild part is when we went to pick up, there were people sitting for their orders for going on an 1hr. We were shocked. Tried calling pickup, no one answers. Tried calling the store, no answer. Like who in the world is in there not doing they job!? It’s pathetic. Never again.so then we went in, orders everywhere! employees standing there laughing it up. Then we finally talked to one girl, she had the nerve to say “y’all stuff right there” with an attitude, I asked her were they short staffed? And she ignored me and disappeared. Our order wasn’t even correct! We cancelled our order and left. I told the people in the pickup lot go in there and cancel. They ain’t working. Must be hard here for them. ~Day

Can always find great things at this store. Great shoes and great baby clothes. I've bought two strollers here so far at great prices. ~Anna

This is my regular shopping spot and though I give it four stars instead of five because of the less than expansive selections, I do love this store, so that is my review. They have good prices and I'm 90% happy with the selections. The other 10% would cause the prices to be much more I'm sure. It is not a shopping spot meant for the affluent. ~Laura

The staff is courteous and helpful if needing something from the top shelf, but most days they need more cashiers willing to work instead of watching a line wrap down an entire aisle almost back to the entrance of the store. Kinda unnecessary and ridiculous waiting in line for 15-20 min with only one customer in front of you to just purchase one item. ~Colleen

It's a basic family dollar store. Nothing much more. I deducted a star due to Absolutely No shopping carts. However, the store was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. The shelves were stocked. ~Kathleen

Found the bed frame we wanted right away. Ian was a great help, very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. They also had a great selection of scratch and dent appliances for a good price. Would come back again. ~Daniel

This was the third Burlington store I visited in two days. Sadly, the selection was only slightly better here than it was at the others. The store is huge - and I expect that in other times it would be loaded with affordable clothes. Sadly, it's not another time and the store's selection was inadequate. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of stuff here - but it is all the cast offs that no one is interested in. There was almost nothing for professional wear with about 6 sports coats total. We spent some time in the women's section trying to find my wife some things. It was also thin. Ultimately we could not find anything to buy. I'll return another time, but in the short term it doesn't have anything for us. ~Richard
