It's a basic family dollar store. Nothing much more. I deducted a star due to Absolutely No shopping carts. However, the store was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. The shelves were stocked.

The delivery truck deliberately blocks the entire road interfering with neighboring businesses ability to exit their establishments. The hold up traffic for 2 hours of more. If you sit and wait for them to move they make it a point to come to your vehicle and talk extremely disrespectful to you as if you did something wrong when there truck is blocking the entire street.

I just witnessed the worst customer service in my life. No carts, no hand baskets. And when you ask for a basket the manager say carry it in your hands. So another customer was dropping her groceries on the way to the register and was kicking her stuff to the register and the manager tells her if she gonna do this she can get out. How dumb for management. You dont provide carts or baskets for shopping and then a woman for dropping groceries on the way to the register. Never shopping there again.

This used to be a nice place to shop. But now it is a dirty, poorly stocked store with beggars & panhandlers always hanging around. The hours are always wrong On Google - it only opens at 10:30AM & closes at 6:30PM. Like I said, it used to be a nice Family Dollar but lately it has become the worst Family Dollar in Tampa.

This family dollar is not my normal location I go to but I was in the area, I walk in and look for a hand cart none in sight so I look for a shopping cart and there is none where they get stored so I ask the employee sitting at the computer if there are any carts so he replies no they have been stolen my initial response was are you FUC%@#* kidding me so how am I supposed to get the items I need and get them to the register! Do you realize how many trips that would take. 🤔🤬🤯🤦♀️ I want to know why and how they can even function and no there was no one else in the store so if you were wondering if the carts were being used NOPE!!! I had to walk out before I got arrested.
