Products are categorized properly. For obvious reasons, shoes are sold as is. So make sure you know how to clean and disinfect it if you're planning to buy one. I'm not sure if clothes were washed before getting it on the aisles. Most of the electronic items has no labels. And some doesn't have the adapters it comes with. Make sure to check it if it is working or just keep the receipt for returns. This branch has a wide range of items being sold. Parking is hard, I suggest to get a parking at Main street parking garage. Reusable Bags costs $0.10

Savers has good product well organized. However it used to have fitting rooms and doesn't any more. I lamented this to staff today and they told me I could simply buy the items, take them home to try on, and then return the ones that didn't fit. I did just as they suggested and bought 6 dresses, then came back same day with the 4 that didn't fit. I was not allowed to return them for a refund or store credit even though I only bought them hours earlier, had the receipt, and related what I had been told. This was very disappointing. I don't know how it is possible to buy dresses without a try-on. Jackets and shirts, yes, you can sort them out instore. But not dresses.

First visit was great. Hidden gems in this place. Loads of lovely glass and other bits. Very friendly staff. My only regret is I took my teenager who instantly morphed into annoyed mode when I went to the glassware. Walked in and literally saw a Fenton right off. ☠️☠️

Great store! And it has a self-checkout (I haven’t seen a thrift shop with a self-checkout before). The store is big, has decent selection of shoes and clothes, but not so much of home decor and kitchen stuff. And it is not overpriced like some other thrift shops in the area. I bought a nice trench coat for $12

Before I say anything else let me say this. Throughout my long and very enjoyable career in retail I've seen a lot of things that made no sense whatsoever. But nothing could prepare me for my yesterday's visit to Savers. It turns out some " genius " came up with a full self service idea. In other words, they got rid of cashiers- period. What happens if you're coming home from work, you're exhausted and not in the mood to ring up your own transactions for 20 minutes? Oh, but the managements of Savers just doesn't care anymore. I seriously doubt they ever did. So Savers and I are parting company. For good. And I advise everyone who doesn't have a self esteem problem and doesn't enjoy behaving like a doormat or being treated with utter disrespect to do the same.

Merchandise is all decent or above. Nothing that should be just trashed. Employees are always super nice. I love it. Srreet parking is sort of hard to find but just park at Grocery outlet and walk a block or 2.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Every time I visit I find something special. Tons of designer items from sunglasses, shoes, clothes, etc. Large selection of luggage and jewelry too. Nice home decor, art,books, and furniture. Very well organized, clean and super nice staff. If you love to thrift THIS is the place to go. Allow yourself plenty of time as it's a big place. I have spent hours there.

This is a rather large thrift store, so there is always a great selection of clothes, toys, trinkets, electronics, books, pursues... you name it. I come out almost every time with more than I anticipated. The downside is that it’s always packed when I’m able to go on the weekends. Parking is not free on the nearby streets, and is also not very easy.
