RUDE and TERRIBLE STAFF. Store closes at 12am but fitting room closes at 9pm. If you ask to try it the clothes they treat you like a thief and in a extremely bad mood, staff doesn’t even care if you are traveling and can’t comeback next day to return in case it doesn’t fit. 3 people checking on you like you are a thief or something when in reality you want to shop. Bad experience DON’T COME here if you don’t want to have an after taste.

Very poor treatment in the fitting rooms. Associate scolded me for not having a cart, complained for having to hold 2 items for me which were over the 8-item limit and refused to let me exchange 2 items I wasn't taking for the 2 she was holding. I guess my business is not wanted here. Wouldn't hurt to remind store associates they're not in Cuba and that customer service is a thing in the US.

This ross is not the same as it used to be. Merchandise is cheap and scarce clothing was on the floor . Clothing has no quality. Hardly you can see nice plates or beautiful stuff for your home .what a pity i used to buy a amazing merchandise but not anymore.

There was a big mess like always, people seem to not know how to put the stuff back from the same place they took it. Customers services was lacking a bit. But overall is nomal day in Ross

very poor customer service skills. They do not have staff processing taking care of the returns lines. 7 cashiers opened and not one person calling anyone from the returns line. Ask a rep twice for assistance and all she kept saying was someone is coming we are changing shifts it took literally 30 minutes to get called. Very very poor customers service and very much disorganized.

This location seems to have great stock and some unique items. It's worth the time for the shop. The store is clean, the restrooms are clean and the staff is quite friendly and inviting. Of course, let's not forget the great deals. Yes. They had my favorite brands. Mark E Bock

About 6 employees, and only one cash register open. Really hot, but cashing out was fast. Couldn't pee, bathrooms were closed.
