I live Family Dollar but this store has the rudest, meanest cashier I’ve ever seen. And that’s the reason these stores are failing.

Employees are ok , not super nice, but ok , My principal concert is that some employees, particularly one woman don’t wear the face mask properly, She always has the face mask with the nose out walking for all the store.

Hi I would like to say that the people in there are very rude, and uneducated. They don’t have any manners whatsoever. Today there was a guy and a South American lady who were the worst. They were giving a hard time to 2 different customers. I don’t recommend this store at all. There are better places to shop. They need to be professional, polite and knowledgeable. 👎

Staff member (cashier) was extremely rude, store closes at 10 pm but at 9:30 pm the cashier was lousy and in a loud voice began saying all of you need to hurry up because we are closing. Once at register I asked for a pack of Newport (green box) but I changed my mind and wanted the red Newport box and she literally said to me that she could not void the green pack of Newport and that I would have to purchase it. I asked once again to exchange it for the item I wanted and once I asked if I had to buy it she said yes 3 times, so I politely requested to have the whole transaction voided but she then said that she could void the 1 item for the correct one. Lastly she pressed an older lady behind to hurry up and said that she was tired from working but don't we all work ? The rest of staff was pleasent and helpful just this 1 worker makes me not want to revisit store on the future. I know this is long but wanted to get all the facts clear and explained correctly. Moral of the story is avoid this 1 person and the store visit is ok.

Terrible!!!!!!!! In line for 20 minutes to pay. After 15 minutes waiting in line, the lady at the register calls for another lady to open the register. Mind you by this time there were about 10 people waiting in line to pay. Then instead of taking the next costumer, she allows people from the back of the line to cut in and attend to them first. I usually go there to buy little things for my students, but I will go the dollar store or target and spend more than deal with this nonsense. Oh and when I told the lady that it was wrong to allow other people to cut in line she didn’t understand what I was trying to say. Please teach your workers about ethics and customer service. Worst place ever!!!

TODAY May 1st 7:30 PM, the lady working at this store has a horrible attitude towards customers. I left the store because she refuse to ring the items. If she does not want to work she should quit her job... Or Family Dollar should train their staff better! Not coming here again!!!!

The merchandise quality and prices are ok but theres always just one cashier and they take their sweet time for everything. Had to wait extra minutes in line because the cashier wanted to fix something on the shelf.... Not acceptable. Paying customers should come first.
