It was pretty packed with people when I went.. nice selections but not so much on the freezer/refrigerator area. Almost out of all the good frozen food.

No good customer service! Needs help badly . If they don't want to work then don't. Manager needs to close this store if he has an bad temper . Go somewhere else and open his store, I would not shop there anymore.

I go often conveniently located just around the corner from home I like to buy household cleaning products. Masks and 6 ft apart for your safety

Horrible new cashier, I gave her $10.25 and she gave me $.11 cents back. The bill was $2.14. I did not notice until i was out of the store. When i realized it. I came back only to realized that the receipt said that i gave her $2.11, when i gave her $10.25. Manager stated that she will count the drawers and let me know hopefully tonight. Beware of the new cashier she is pocketing money.

If you speak English don't visit this store. A gentleman in a wheelchair asked where the nearest family Dollar was because this one didn't have all of the items he needed and the cashier could not understand and had an attitude. Then she proceeded to talk to her coworker in Spanish and dismiss his question, when I asked a question she did not respond and looked at me as if I were crazy for speaking English to her. I understand that this is a diverse city but come on the disrespect is unbelievable! I will never visit this nor any other Family Dollar store!!!!

Female employees bad-tempered, not very helpful. The one and only cashier entertained on a private phone call, through the 15 minutes I spent in the store, would not even interrupt while attending me, no hello, no thank you, no goodbye. I know this is a bad area, but this location goes far beneath FD standard.

The problem with this store is that the manger is selfish about only himself and is not whole heartedly leadership material, no one enjoys working here, there is one fat B**** Asst. Mngr who lives on her phone at the cashier and NEVER smiles, seriously understaffed, has roaches AND RATS, but nothing is done to fix it. I think Family Dollar (in general) needs divine intervention
