Yesterday l Went to this Publix l Want to inform You that this Publix is Not the same as it 6 months ago After today a very ordinary employee came out to meet me several times with a fierce face When l was going to pay , he stared at me and told me look l have more right than You . heard me here . I did not answer him and a young man who was in front of me listening told me to take a picture of him and make it Publix So that they can see how far the discrepect of the Workers of this Super market called Publix goes A Woman name Karla Afro-american who works at Coustomer Service left her job to take very violent photos of me This Publix.has very Bad employee

Without question the poorest managed Publix I have ever shopped at. Don't even try to get any kind of service at the deli counter. Unfriendly counter service personnel who act like you might cause them to miss their next break. Hot food simply awful, inedible in fact. Sad that the only neighborhood grocery store in Surfside is so incredibly un neighborly.

In the heart of Surf Side this is a three-story tall Publix with all the parking on the bottom and a parking garage under roof great selection great prices great Salesforce everybody's very very helpful very clean

Boutique Publix is VERY pricy with less selection as compared to their much larger stores (also expensive). Bakery (fresh baked!), meals to go, deli, fresh produce, meats, fish, frozen, and dry goods...not a great place for bargains except their BOGOs on occasion. THEIR SUSHI is EXCELLENT and I especially love and recommend their $5 sushi Wednesdays!!! Four stars only because it's an expensive place to shop...

I loved this Publix! The first one I've ever been to that you had to ride the elevator up. Made me feel kind of fancy. 🧐🤙🏼All the staff was so helpful and nice! 😁

Bought a pub sub at the Surfside location. Gail was super nice. They didn’t have the vegan sub on the line so she went looking for it for me. Super friendly, attentive and had a great mood.

Nice and clean. But don't go for the offer on the flyers they are just BAIT to make you go to the store, anyway you'll end up buying other items out of the shopping list. They very often have special offers but in the most of the cases is in products that have low sales like items you'll never buy. or they are out of stock from the first hour of the day ALWAYS (misteriously) "see the pictures" . In other cases when you pay the BOGO offer they don't apply the offer of the flyer. So you better check out the prices at the cashier item by item. If you claim the "mistakenly charge" they honor the offer, but if you check the ticket at home you'll end up feeling like scammed. Another "trick" they use is change the place of the offered items or place a similar item more expensive right over the price of what you look for. It happens always. That behavior is something very common in a lot of stores, but is something very on rise in Publix, what make it worst is that Publix is expensive so YOU DON'T SAVE ANY MONEY THERE at all. I use to do my shopping there every other day, but right now, I'll find an alternative where they don't try to fool me every other day.
