NOTE: This review is for Wells at 68th on Collins. The branch at Surfside now only has an ATM!!! I opened accounts at Wells Fargo about two years ago. I am glad I did. The staff is excellent. Extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Unlike Chase and BOA, Wells will truly try and solve your problems.

Bank NEVER answers phone. No way to speak to customer service unless i drive there. I needed a Notary and since they NEVER pick up the phone, had to go there and found out there was no notary that particular day....no explanation. Total waste of a bank.

This branch needs to work on customer service. Making a customer wait 20 minutes for a notary when you have 4 CSR agents available is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention when I complained to a supervisor he simply said to go next door since they have a notary. Not only was that unprofessional but in poor taste. I truly hope someone from that branch reads this so they can rectify this situation and treat customers in a more professional manner.
