Didn’t want to put a review but my experience was way too bad and people need to be warned. If you want a proper manucure, do not go there. I did a dip powder with Pilar and it was a disaster to say the least. I’ve been doing dip for over 4 years with my nail tech but she’s out on vacation so I was willing to give this place a try. Regrets is all I have left. First the technique was outrageous, I could tell Pilar had no clue what she was doing. Then she made my fingers bleed (at least 4). Mind you, It took her 3h15 for a mani pedi. It was horrific. The results was so disappointing, shape was terrible. Of course a nail broke not even 12h after. Dip powder should last at least 3 weeks, so imagine how tragic was this mani. I went back to the salon and an other nail tech fixed it, they apologized and were kind enough to give me a gift card for an other dip manucure. Fair enough, at least they know about customer service, hence the 2star. Then today an other nail broke so I decided to go back and have them re-do it all. It was so painful because of all the cuts I had. The new technician was better but had no idea how to do a coffin shape. Took an other 2h for a poor result. So long story short, I spent nearly 6h in this salon for 2 bad manicures. I gave the gift card back cause I will NEVER go back there. I think this place can be ok if you need a very very basic mani/pedi on short nails and have 3h to kill. However, if you care about your nails, stay far away from this place.

You go to a salon to get pampered. Not here..or at least from the woman who gave me a pedicure and wax. No leg massage. No base coat before nail polish. As for waxing..left me bruised..rough

You just know I had to!! For those of us who watch @bravotv then you know @alexiae_says and her salon in Miami @alexiaandfrankiesbeautybar From Texas to Miami, I'm getting pampered. I was taken care of by Ody and she did an amazing job!! She has a fabulous touch and not aggressive at all. Super pleased with my mani +pedi today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fyi... no sighting of Alexia or Frankie 😔 but still enjoyed the experience.

You just know I had to!! For those of us who watch @bravotv then you know @alexiae_says and her salon in Miami @alexiaandfrankiesbeautybar From Texas to Miami, I'm getting pampered. I was taken care of by Ody and she did an amazing job!! She has a fabulous touch and not aggressive at all. Super pleased with my mani +pedi today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fyi... no sighting of Alexia or Frankie 😔 but still enjoyed the experience.

I went here because i'm a fan of Alexia on RHOM. I brought my friend here for her birthday and we were both less than thrilled with the services. the manicure station i was at could have definitely used some dusting off as well the worst part is Odalys cut 4 of my cuticles, one of which wouldn't stop bleeding for several hours. i was offered a free complimentary manicure but will not be returning so it's useless. if you're a fan of RHOM, please skip going here… it’s not worth it. the decor is cute but there are so many better places you can go nearby!

THEY BAIT AND SWITCHED ME!!!! Stay far away from this nail salon. They’re unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I had an ombré powder gel manicure with tips that needed retouching. I was in the area so I figured I’d go for a filling. I book an appointment and all seems good. I’ve used this place before for a regular manicure pedicure and they did a great job. Ok, they’re ready for me and I explain I need a fill in. Right off the bat they say “we don’t do ombré nails” to which I reply, “it’s on your website.” Then we do some negotiations and I say ok, let’s just do sparkle over the existing manicure so it’ll blend better. The technician files my nails and leaves a vest thin layer. She doesn’t file evenly. My nails were literally curved, I had to repeatedly ask her to fix them. She’s also so rough that the electric nail filer keeps skipping and bumping my nail. Then she files my nails so thin on the corners that they start to burn. She then proceeds to mix power gel and regular gel polish together. She does a layer of clear gel then the powder and then sticks it in the curing machine. I’ve NEVER gotten a gel manicure using this method. She asks if I want to do white on the tips to which I respond “sure.” All she does is dip the nail in a little white powder, doesn’t professionally shape them or any thing. She finishes my nails and they look ok, not as good as the original manicure I had but it was passable. She gives me the receipt and it’s $70!!!!!!!! I was shocked as I had booked a fill-in and they were charging me for a full gel manicure and it cost extra to get French. I explained to them that I booked a filling and it wasn’t my fault they did a full manicure (although they left on a layer of polish). The receptionist was rude and nasty. She said “she did a full manicure and you asked for it…” I was horrified and disgusted but didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid and left. The total was $82.60 for a subpar manicure. Stay far away. I had the most relaxing experience. At first, I came for a pedicure and was attended to immediately. The next day, I was so impressed that I came for a massage. The staff are super friendly there, place is feminine and set beautifully and their work is definitely a job well done. This only deserves 5 stars!!!

Worst nail experience of my life, the technician was very rude. She was also rough on my nails, I asked her kindly if she could do it less rough, and she gave me some excuse. My nails are bleeding on the sides from how hard she used the emory board. Then I got a foot massage and a paraffin wax. She gave a 2 min massage total, and left the wax on for much less than 4 minutes. I get them all the time and usually they leave them on for at least 10 minutes. The overall energy of the place was very low vibe. I did love the decor, but not going back, which is too bad as I live in the neighborhood. Service: Manicures
