my son got his haircut with Ramona the last time I brought him to the supercuts on 126th and biscayne blvd. I was very happy with how she cut his hair, she did it exactly how I asked her to. So much so, I just made another appt with her for today for my son.

The stylist in this store refused to service my mixed daughter, who is 6, saying that her hair is impossible to do. I think it’s because I was black that they proceeded to insult me in Spanish, thinking I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Until I said that I understand everything because I’m Dominican. They stayed at me shocked. I made an appointment for a Super Cut Jr. I came in with my daughter for my daughter not for me. I am a black mother this is very upsetting to be discriminated against. I stood outside the store crying because of this experience. A day that was supposed to be a mother daughter pamper day became one of discrimination and having to explain to her why they couldn’t do her hair. I have never experienced this from SuperCuts but if this is what you stand for I want no parts. It has got me thinking if my daughter was a different color and had a different hair type she would’ve been able to her hair done. I literally had to fight back my tears so that she didn’t see me crying. Even though we’re in 2022, racism still exist down to the hair type. This was very upsetting and sad. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The woman are rude as can be. I desperately needed a haircut so I ran into shortcuts. The woman who cut my hair cut off probably triple of what I asked of her. When my Eyes were closed so she could spray my hair to get it wet, she sprayed it right directly in my face. When I went up to pay she gave me a complement that I was pretty so she would get tipped more even though the whole time when I was talking to her she didn’t respond. Horrible experience it was my first and last time going there. I should have given no tip at all. Service: Haircut

If you look at the picture youll see the haircut is uneven. The stylist didn't dye my hair chocolate its actually pretty black. I felt really bad and didn't leave because the stylist had already started the color. I should of left because the whole experience was awful. AVOID MRS.Y .... Ramona was not a very good hair stylish woman. She even cut her hand doing a haircut to my mom. She had a very bad attitude because we arrived to the store 45 minutes before closing time and she said that she won't do both our haircuts because it wasn't enough time. They even close the main door approximately 10 minutes before closing time. With that rude attitude and her constant complaining it was a very awful experience and we are not going back there and is the main reason for our reviews.
