Staff there are great to talk to and so fun too. Went to buy a 4k bluray player and some 4k movies for the 1st time and had the best time doing so. They really engage with customers and feels like family. I recommend BEST BUY truly

The staff at this Best Buy was nice and very helpful. They took care of my return and made it very easy. They also matched the price with Amazon so I was able to get my same item without having to shop it through Amazon. Great staff and clean store!

This was my first time ever using curbside pickup and Best Buy did not disappoint! The emailed instructions were easy to follow and the associate was out with my order within 5 minutes. He was super friendly and courteous and loaded everything very carefully. (1item was a flat-screen TV). I had shopped around and Best Buy had the best selection and prices. They offer great warranty extensions but don't pressure you into them. I have used their Geek Squad in the past and they've been exceptional every time. Best Buy is now my go to place for electronics and accessories.

It's a good place to buy anything that has to do with electronics. I live nearby here and it's great. I watch out for things on sale because it does get pricey so. Overall, it's organized and clean. I went to pick up something and I met a woman employee that was dedicated to helping me out. She was very patient and had great problem solving skills. The time before I went I was looking for a ps4 and none to be found. Not even online. Sucks a lot. But other than that no complaints.

I still like shopping here and maybe even a little more than I used to. The vibe feels better and it's a more relaxed shopping experience. Some items are a little more expensive than online but they have a decent policy around price matching. I actually recently started collecting Lego and found that they can have a decent selection. Not a place I would have originally thought to shop for Lego but my mind has since changed. Just make sure you're shopping smart and comparing prices with other businesses, both online and brick-and-mortar.

This Best Buy is great! Lots of people offer to help me to find something so I can just get in and out of the store faster, you know? Let's face it, that's what we all want to do anywhere, right? I also did a curbside pickup the other day and it was insanely fast and easy to do! Their system works great.

I went to pick up a open box laptop. They were very nice and fast. I opened the box to check the laptop and it was the wrong one. It was a 13" instead of a 15.5". I drove 45 minutes up. They just gave me my money back. I expected more than just a "sorry". I looked at new laptops but decided to just drive home. Ordered one from Dell instead.

I always have great experiences shopping here. Recently picked up a new Apple computer and the BB coworker took a lot of time explaining the differences and helped make a recommendation that worked perfectly for my family. I am routinely greeted in this store with offers to help. It's clean, organized, and well stocked. Overall a well run Best Buy.

This Best Buy location on Mayfair, across from the Mayfair Mall is a good location that offers great service. I have purchased several computers, a refrigerator, and lots of lesser items here. The staff is great. I get particularly good help from the folks in the computer area who help find exactly what I seek. The staff usually recognize me and give me great service, which can be unusual for a big box store.
