Went to return my wives shoes and was asked for all my info / signed up for their dumb emailing list. When the credit card machine was informing me of "What my info would be used for" the clerk reached over and pressed accept without allowing me to read it.

Not a very inviting shopping experience when you walk into the store and all 8 or so employees are just standing there talking to each other or have their backs turned to the customers while playing on their phones

Wish there was negative star .....based on service. I never go to shop in this store but happened to be there for returning a Fila shoe with sole coming off after 3 days use. The alleged store supervisor/Mgr Andrew got upset as soon as I asked his name and became abusive as I was leaving. His argument was to take up bad quality to the manufacturer ( not to bother his store) even though I just used it for 3 days. I told him standard practice in store like Best Buy if any issue in product happens in that time frame ( 2 weeks for Best buy) store accepts the product without questions ( Andrew shut me down saying he had worked in Best buy and knows all the rules in retail .....really ??). I went ahead and went to Finish line store in Southridge Mall and they accepted without any questions asked. Well one bad experience is one too many for me ...although the store in Southridge Mall was good, I am not going to shop in a Finish Line store again in my life thanks to Mr Andrew !

Went to go pick up an order I made online at this location. Told the cashier that I was there to pick up an order, and he seemed annoyed that I didn't know my order number in my immediate memory and just asked for what the shoes were as I took out my phone to look up the number. I waited on the side on one of their benches less than five feet from the counter as he was taking care of other customers in line and another employee got my order. A good 5 minutes after the line becomes dead, I can see from the corner of my eye that my shoes were on the counter and the dude was just standing there doing nothing. I went up to the counter and asked for my shoes and he just pointed at them, without ANY acknowledgement of me as he gave my receipt and as I said thanks to him. TLDR; customer service SUCKS here.

Went to finish line to do some last minute Christmas shopping, and in all the chaos and madness in that store the young lady that helped us was so nice and patient and really had a calm demeanor about herself. I was very pleased at the whole interaction. Believe her name is Tenaria( sorry if I spelled it wrong), but wanted to shine a light on her actions 😁.

The store was kind of crowded but the shoe selection was great. A wrong item was purchased and the return process was very easy.

They literally deserve 0 stars. Walked in today and almost instantly regretted wasting my time. The person at the front made it her point to say not upon us entering as well as exiting, then as I browsed no one offered help, and when I needed to ask a question the guy looks me directly in the eyes and walks away. Safe to say that my children and I went to Foot Action and spent our money there where they know good customer service.

I used to work here years ago. Seems like professionalism is out the window nowadays. As a customer you have to go out of YOUR way to ask employees for help. They don't bother to ask. As a person working in the retail industry impressions can be everything.

On 5/31/18, i went to purchase running shoes for my daughter and was immediately helped by the manager, Mr. Camacho. Everything went fine until we approached the register and the manager put my purchase on the counter and began helping a Caucasian woman who seemed to be upset. The manager never said anything to me and I was left standing there while he solved her issue. I felt like because I was an African American woman, he decided that she should be helped before me, although I was making a purchase. After a few minutes, another clerk did check me out and I left, highly upset. After talking about this with my husband, we decided to return the shoes and take our money and business elsewhere. Needless to say, when I returned, he argued and lied to me that he didn't do it and also responded that cameras are in the store and recording everything. If someone in upper management reads these reviews, please check the cameras on 5/31/18, around 5p.m. Never will I return to such a racist establishment again!

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about almost every kind of shoe. He helped me and my husband find the perfect pairs. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of Nike shoes.
