Only people in the lobby waiting to order. 2 out of the 3 employees were working while the little girl was playing social media drama on her phone. Finally takes our order after a lengthy wait, only to mess it up, did not get the food we ordered and had to be told 4 different times it was ' to go'. There's a time and place for cell phone drama, on a companies time clock isn't one of them. Allowing ' He said, She said ' phone play isn't the review an employee should want for her place of employment.

Terrible. I used the restroom . There was a broken toilet seat , paper towels were empty and it needed cleaning badly. If staff is using this restroom I seriously question their cleanliness. Coke dispenser was out of order.

The lady that takes the order through the drive through was not nice at all she got irritated and asks to repeat the order 5 times and i still not get what i asked for. Besides, We found a hair in the ice cream and had to through it away.

Blonde girl at the window was super rude. Had to repeat our order 3 times. Paid for 2 pretzel orders and got one. We were the only ones there. Food was still yummy!

Girl got irritated when I asked for only half the brownie in the cupfection. I was polite but she wouldn’t do it. Didn’t give me a receipt or napkins. It’s as if I was an inconvenience. Won’t be back.

My family and I love dairy queen, we bring kids here all the time. The food is great and ice cream is better! Never have any issues at this location, food is always hot and ice cream is always perfect.

Love the burgers and onion rings there & of course ICE CREAM❤ Absolutely right when advertised as "Fan food Not Fast food" so worth the wait for better tasting burgers + much more 😋

I came through this DQ about a week and a half ago now and have been meaning to write this review. The manager; Devon. Provided me with exceptional service. The food was hot AND fresh! The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with the service i received at this location. I will most definitely be back!

Just went through there and ordered 3 things. Paid $9something.2 of the 3 items we should have just thrown our money out the window.lol. The large Sunday we bought was tiny. We go through there regularly and it was 1/3rd the size as usual. The ice cream was even with the top of the cup. I said..his is supposed to be large. She said ..let me see it.. looks at the bottom of the cup and says yep, it's a large. I guess she didn't get the fact that there was a very tiny portion of ice cream in the large cup. The soft pretzel sticks we ordered were cold and snapped when broke in half. Like they had been over microwaved and then cooled. Ugh. I sure hope that it's due to them training new people and a worker shortage and not dairy queens quality overall slipping.
