The food was good and well cooked however the store itself was filthy. Tables was sticky and still had food pieces on them and the floors. The drink station was out of lids and was to be desired. Doors and windows dirty and has finger/hands prints all over. Covid is still going around amongst other things and this location was poorly taken care of. I understand they are short staffed but you can tell that it hasn't been cleaned in maybe weeks!

Stopped on the way up north. Noticed line was long no big deal. We pulled in and placed a pick up order. Waited for our pick up time and headed for the door. Sign on door stated to use other door. No problem. Other door also locked. Attempted to call the store multiple times no answer. At this point I'm still patient but have hungry kiddos. Wait in the drive through for twenty minutes to be asked to wait another ten in front of the speaker. Get to the window and am asked if I had a specific order and I said no I had three meals. They give us the correct drinks and then hand me a bag with two boxes. I ask are you sure this is everything and am assured that yes everything is in there. We park I open the food and nope not our food and only two meals. At this point I've spent nearly an hour and have hours more to drive. The drive through line is still moving very slow so I attempt to call again twice no answer. I spent $40 and then had to go spend more to feed everyone. Although I understand things happen and sometimes you are short staffed I was not rude impatient or anything like that but I was super disappointed and my kids were cranky by the time I actually got them something to eat.

I am very disappointed with KFC here in Clio. I have lived in the area for 40 years and I have never experienced the food being this disgusting. I ordered a famous bowl, hardly any food in the bowl for the price; wasn't even half full. The gravy was dried around the edge. I didn't get the cookie that was supposed to come with the bowl. We waited over 15 minutes for the tender meal my husband ordered. When we got home he was missing a tender and was not given the hot sauce we requested. His fries were cold and soggy. I will never go back and would request different management or close the restaurant for good.

My mother went there stood at the counter for over five minutes without anyone coming to help her or be seen for that matter and look at the shape of this store disgusting wish I could give a negative star

Lived in this town most my life and have never been more disappointed!!! So my last meal was 5pc big box..only got 4 tenders, cold fries and no dip even tho they said oh its in the bag.. my wife's famous bowl looked like it had been sitting for hours, gravy was crusted to lid...we will not be going back im done with the poor service and quality of this establishment...

The two guys working there tonight around 8:30 were fun and quite entertaining. Kudos for putting a smile on my face during what would normally have been a routine drive through pickup.

Used the app to order. App directed me to park in a designated spot for pickup. Signage at drive thru speaker directed me to go inside. Doors were locked, no note, time was 7:30pm. Went through drive through. No fries or Mac n cheese, both were supposed to be in the order, switched out for corn and more mashed potatoes. Checked order for substitute, ended up having coleslaw. Switched it before leaving. After getting home uncooked breading on chicken, undercooked doughy centered biscuits. Not a happy $30+ KFC purchase.

I ordered takeout online for “quick pick-up.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t quick. I waited for 25-30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. During that time 4 different employees saw me standing there waiting (one being a manager). Finally one of them asks me if I had been helped and I told him I was just waiting for my mobile order. He asked the name the order was under and proceeded to, what looked like, print my order ticket like it hadn’t even been prepared yet. I’m usually super understanding having worked in food service for a few years, but for it to take 30 minutes for some chicken tenders and a Mac and cheese bowl is ridiculous, especially being the only person in the restaurant.

The food was some of the freshest and hotest I have had and it was great. The only issue was utensils were not provided and eating slaw and potatoes on the road was very difficult. Had to go primitive and use a bone as a spoon.
