Picked up a delivery order for a customer here. The guy who was supposed to be waiting on people didn't wait on me or the lady next to me. The manager noticed after about 10 minutes that we weren't being waited on and asked what we were there for. About half an hour later, the guy gave me a drink and one small box, but the customer had ordered three drinks and several meals. I told him this, and about fifteen minutes later, he shouted to me that they were out of iced tea. I said, "Can the customer have another Pepsi then?" 5 minutes later, he gave me one Pepsi and another box of food. I asked for another Pepsi and he reluctantly went and got it. I kind of doubt the customer got all the food they ordered, and they definitely didn't get the right drinks. I tried to pick up an order for a different customer here last week, but after waiting in the drive-thru (the lobby was closed early) for 45 minutes, I dropped the order. I won't accept any more offers from this branch of the restaurant.

Been a long time since I've been to KFC and the chicken was kind of salty for me because I'm kind of on salt restricted diet. And I get cold so and I kind of enjoy coleslaw especially when it's cut up so fine because I have no top teeth. I love KFC even though it's got too much salt the original recipe

I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot. Went inside at the pickup time which was about 20 minutes after I placed the order. The guy working the counter said that the order was already picked up. I did not pick up that order and they gave it to the wrong person. They refused to remake my order. They would not refund my money. It was a big order and they just refused to do anything about their mistake. Horrible customer service.

EVERYTIME I ordered I get the wrong food and today I try call just so they can fix it for 1st they don’t answer!!! I get it fast food hard sometimes I used to be a GM of dominoes! But come on to keep messing up food order given me food I don’t want is waste of my money and your time!

Went there during lunch hoping everything would be fresh. Chicken tasted like old grease and no flavor. I used to love KFC but it's just not the same anymore.

Approached drive through and told me they didn’t open till 12pm . Cool, no problem. Waited until 12 and returned to window . It’s almost 12:28 and I’m still waiting on my food . All I ordered was two chicken sandwiches. This is completely ridiculous!!!!!! There is no way fast food is not FAST FOOD! The customer service was good. But the wait time is not cool.

They are only getting 1 star, cuz I had to select 1. I placed an order through DoorDash, the dasher was on their property, waiting for my food for over 40 minutes. They parked her in the parking lot, she witnessed over 40 cars pass through. She called the store, inquiring about the order, & they claimed it was just finished. When I called, they tried telling me the dasher wasn't even at the business (which I knew was a lie, considering it shows you on doordash when the dasher arrives at the store). When the dasher finally delivered the food, my order was not complete. I then placed a call again, the same girl answered, & tried telling me the only item I was missing was mashed potatoes & gravy. I was missing a complete meal, along with 2 other sides. When I asked what her name was, she hung up on me. So I called back to talk to a manger, only for them to not answer my calls. So I then used a different phone to call from, they answered & claimed I was talking to the manager. Not 1 time did they try to make anything right, so I have since contacted the corporate office & this location will be dealt with. So my advice, don't waste your time or money on this business. They deserve to be shut down completely....

Stopped by on my way home. It sounded good for dinner. I asked for a bucket of extra crispy spicy but asked if I could get 1 leg and another piece as original and placed in a separate bag. That didn't happen. Bummer 👎 But the other friends enjoyed their meal of spicy. Said it was good. I did get mashed potatoes and gravy plus Cole slaw also a biscuit for my dinner which were good too. I hadn't bought a bucket in a long time $28 is the cost without drinks just so you know. $$

Unfortunately this place has dropped in Quality and increased in price. I ordered the Nashville Spicy wings and got a piping Hot order, Oh Boy!!! When I got to work I found wings Swimming in a quarter wing tub of Grease. At first I thought it was dipping sauce, but no. I spilled it and padded the wings in the cup lid. I used 6 napkins, all soaked. My appetite for KFC is Gone Especially from this location. I'm using my air fryer and doing my Best to duplicate the wings I once loved. Shame on you Flint Dort Hwy location KFC.
