6 Best fast food restaurant in Flint, Michigan (MI) 2024

The last two times we've been there service has been horrible. Last time the guy put my meals in as just the main item (no fries) and missed an item so I paid more to get my fries and burger than it would have been with a meal. Then they wanted me to drive back around and wait in line. This time they didn't add the cheese like we ordered and they didn't add lettuce which is normally on a mcchicken. ~Rachel

Extremely clean with an updated Lobby. It is weird going into the lobby as no one really seems to attend the register when a customer walks in. I used the mobile app, but had to add slivered Onions to my Order, so I decided to go in. Luckily a worker seen me and greeted me and let me know someone would be right with me. ~Joel

I bit into my burger and it was gritty and felt like I was chewing sand. We opened it up and there was so much salt and pepper you could see it coated on there (see picture). I thought maybe it just happened to the one burger… maybe the shaker opened on it or something. But out of the 4 burgers we got, only one was edible. Pretty nasty. The girl that took our order was nice though :) ~Taylor

My mother and I stopped by today for breakfast this morning. The visit was nice and pleasant … we were shocked when we checked our bags and jelly/jam was already in there with napkins! Thank you all fr because normally that’s not the case at a McDonald’s even when you ask it’ll be forgotten sometimes. So it was nice and cool to see them already in the bag. ~Giovanni

C’mon man… this isn’t something that’s just missed. You know the person that put this Big Max together noticed it and probably thought to themselves “meh, screw it”. Let’s try to do a little better, McDonald’s. Your quality used to be up there. It’s been on a steady decline. Would’ve given 1 star, but you guys did actually give me everything I ordered, for once. So props to you on that. ~Jeff

Picked up a delivery order for a customer here. The guy who was supposed to be waiting on people didn't wait on me or the lady next to me. The manager noticed after about 10 minutes that we weren't being waited on and asked what we were there for. About half an hour later, the guy gave me a drink and one small box, but the customer had ordered three drinks and several meals. I told him this, and about fifteen minutes later, he shouted to me that they were out of iced tea. I said, "Can the customer have another Pepsi then?" 5 minutes later, he gave me one Pepsi and another box of food. I asked for another Pepsi and he reluctantly went and got it. I kind of doubt the customer got all the food they ordered, and they definitely didn't get the right drinks. I tried to pick up an order for a different customer here last week, but after waiting in the drive-thru (the lobby was closed early) for 45 minutes, I dropped the order. I won't accept any more offers from this branch of the restaurant. ~Holly
