Visited this drive-thru 8/27 at 7p. Girl in braids working the second window felt it was more important to lean way out the window to talk to her friends who just pick up an order when there was a back log of cars behind her. She didn't like it when I interrupt their conversation and reminded her she had a job to do. It wasn't chit chating with her friends. YOUTH.... Focus Focus Focus... oops my bad she was focused on her friends.

Not very today either!!!!! Cold Cheesburger & Fish And fries 🍟 were AWFUL!!!! They done shift change; and the young kids didn’t care- They need more help someone who cares!,,, I only live about a 1/4 mile down the road,,!!!! That’s twice food has been awful 😣

Miserable experience. At 2:30 in the afternoon, we waited 15 minutes to get improper food that is cold. We have an allergy to onions and requested none in the sandwiches we received had onions. Don’t waste your time here folks

Staff was friendly and helpful, food was good, but it would have been a lot more efficient if they would have had more staff. The staff they had were doing an excellent job despite needing more workers tho! [Not sure why people STILL aren't wanting to work!]

I live near so this is my 'go-to' McDonald's. Timothy is awesome, he is consistently friendly. I think otherwise they seem to have issues retaining workers and getting product. It's sad since this hasn't been an issue until a few weeks or so ago. I hope it gets resolved, I miss the strawberry and creme pie. Update: I can't with this place anymore. I was just given my order, my daughter's 1/4 was raw in the middle, I can't have seeds, was given a bun with seeds but no cheese on a QP with cheese, and the fries were hot but not salted. Done.

This is the closest fast food restaurant near me. Unfortunately it has never been quick to get my meal and the service is abysmal now. For example I learned after the 4th time I have to ask for napkins and today's server gave me my drink without cleaning off the cup. I don't understand how she got so much pop on the cup, but I had to ask for her to clean it off and she gave me, what seemed to me, an attitude about it. The hours have been off lately from the normal hours. I don't think they have enough staff, but it's no excuse to be unprofessional and deliver such a horrible experience.

It's McDonalds. It's garbage. The staff can't even get your order right without running through the drive-thru twice. I have only really started eating this food since the pandemic. Trying to carve out to curb the depressive episodes. But it ends up just making me feel more depressed that I ate this and knowing that I'm going to spend the next morning on the toilet in a mass of discomfort and destroying an entire roll of toilet paper. It's McDonalds. It really doesn't need to review you guys all know all of this stuff already

20 minutes or more to go through drive thru....horrible service. A couple of vehicles that were in front of us sat at the window for 5 minutes....maybe they should have been told to pull to a reserved spot since they had to wait for something special. I am guessing lazy employees didn't want to have to run something outside, not sure but when we did get our food everything was cold. Ice cold fries and cold burgers, but hey, the coke was cold. It seems very poorly run or managed. Would have given it 0 stars but that was not a option. Will never stop there again.

The kiosk does not allow for additions of items that aren't already on the sandwiches. So if you want ketchup on your fish or Big Mac sauce on your cheese burger, you are out if luck. Understaffed to the point they can't meet demand. Expect a long wait if you stop at this location at all. Not what "fast food" is about. Suspect that if they poured the money into staff that they paid to install the kiosks, they wouldn't be understaffed.

I bit into my burger and it was gritty and felt like I was chewing sand. We opened it up and there was so much salt and pepper you could see it coated on there (see picture). I thought maybe it just happened to the one burger… maybe the shaker opened on it or something. But out of the 4 burgers we got, only one was edible. Pretty nasty. The girl that took our order was nice though :)
