C’mon man… this isn’t something that’s just missed. You know the person that put this Big Max together noticed it and probably thought to themselves “meh, screw it”. Let’s try to do a little better, McDonald’s. Your quality used to be up there. It’s been on a steady decline. Would’ve given 1 star, but you guys did actually give me everything I ordered, for once. So props to you on that.

It's always hit or miss with McDonald's. Sometimes food is great and other times it's not so great :/ consistency could be better. Also recently the wait times for food Whether it's through the drive-through or mobile order is so long its ridiculous. And my BIGGEST pet peeve is while I'm out waiting in hot car they bring my shakes but make me wait forever for the food. My shake is a melted mess before I even pull out of the parking lot! Seriously...MAKE THE SHAKES AFTER FOOD ORDER COMES UP THEN BRING EVERYTHING OUT AT ONCE! 🙄

Absolutely ridiculous. We went there on a Tuesday around 5 PM and the whole crew could not be bothered to be helpful or do the jobs they’re being paid for. From start to finish it was absolutely horrible service. I had to actually go into the building because we were waiting so long for two fries. When I went in the building I noticed them bagging up a bunch of fries so there was no reason for us to be waiting. The girl at the window made us wait because she had an attitude. All the while I have two young kids in the back who are hungry. I would completely avoid going to this McDonald’s and go to any other one in the area.

Went inside the restaurant to place my order and sat at the counter for over five minutes because the kiosk said to go to the counter. Finally I said Excuse me 3 times and the what appeared to be morning manager Turned and looked at me and said “she’s getting it!” I puzzled for a moment said OK and I went to walk out the door and I said no and I turned around and said excuse me again I never even placed my order. The manager said with attitude “you have to place it at the kiosk!” I said I would but it’s telling me to go to the counter. I guess I will just leave. This McDonald’s has completely went downhill. The lack of human interaction when you walk in the door is ridiculous.

Took forever in the drive through and then when we got our food it tasted absolutely disgusting. Old fries, cold, old oil, just all around gross. I do NOT recommend this mcdonalds

I received my order tonight through door dash. This site has tons of delivery options however when search through Google. I was very impressed. The order was packaged perfectly with tamper free stickers. The fries and other items were warm and tasted great. This location has definitely stepped up their game from a few years ago.

Literally waited 30+ minutes for a smoothie. They told me to pull into the drive thru # 1 spot. I called after 20 they said they were making it. 10 minutes later I call again for a refund an I get told the machine isn’t working. Late to work and no smoothie. Need better communication

Must have been a bunch of idiots working Today, can't count 10 nuggets and can't get food ready in time absolutely garbage service. Don't ask for 15$hr when the whole staff is incompetent and ignorant. What a joke

Every single time I try and door dash an ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO!!!! I get either a coffee or a frappe like last time. They even put the little tag on the coffee saying that it's an ice caramel macchiato. They want $15 an hour?
