Allen the personal banker was super nice and approachable in opening my business account, he expedited the process because I was in a rush and everything was smooth and professional. Him and another woman greeted me at the door . Excellent customer service!!!

I've never heard of a bank that does not allow their customers to utilize their restrooms. It's okay to deposit your money but they won't accommodate your needs for restroom, while you're banking inside.
