The banking experience is very different. You have to scan a code upon arrival and log into the virtual waiting line. There was a lady in front of me struggling and the bank tellers would not assist her. They just laughed. Once I logged in to the line, it stated there was another person in front of me. There’s literally no one in the line. The 2 bank tellers were laughing with each other and just watching the waiting area. Very strange establishment.

I needed some assistance with opening an account in person, so I had called to try to set up an appointment as soon as possible. The teller took my information and then the banker called me back within 5 minutes and told me that they could schedule me that same morning. I went in for the appointment, and Maritza was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great service here!

Literally been banking here for years and thank god my dealings with the current bankers have been minimal.!! I have never had such an unpleasant, unprofessional experience in any bank branch as this one. More training and customer service is highly needed.!! Something as simple as adding someone to an account that was present with me that currently bancks with Wells Fargo took nearly an hour after they had to call support for something you would think was simple and take less than 5 minutes turned into 45. So nevertheless think about trying to refinance your auto loan .... nearly impossible with this group.!! Never again

I went there just 5 min before closing on a Saturday. Mr Malik stayed with me and helped me with my transaction for 45 min, well past the closing hour. Awesome people.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I had made an appointment with the banker before i went in for the 2:30pm appointment, i got there at 2:20, sit there for 20 mins without having anybody came to me and ask if i needed help. I went and asked a lady sitting at the desk doing nothing if i could get some help i had an appointment, she told me that someone will be with me shortly , ANOTHER 30 mins gone by, 2 bankers got up and went to lunch or somewhere . at 3:20 i finally got up and left without getting ANYTHING accomplished and yet wasted 1 hours of my time.
