Bank account constantly gets locked for no reason. If it happens after hours or on the weekend they have no after hours service!! Trying to pay for my wife’s funeral, my account is locked and I can’t get a hold of anyone at the bank!! I will close my account on Monday and do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how horrible their customer service is!!!!

I’ve been a customer at Community Bank for years. I normally use the Greenway Plaza location or the Pasadena location. I’ve used it he Sugarland location however the warmth and personable service lacks at this location. Today I spoke with Shae at this location and was told that she was not comfortable with me so she would not release a hold that would be released at midnight. I will avoid this location going forward since they seen to struggle with customer service.

Went there to cash a refund check I received from MB of Sugar Land. I was told rudly by the teller and the bank manager that because i was not a memberin order to cash the check I had to give them my SSN and occupation so they cud enter it in a database where they sale ur info so u can receive pre approved credit offers...I was not about to give them my info
