I can't believe all the negative reviews on here. I went today, after calling to set an appointment for opening a new account, and did just that. The lady who scheduled the appointment was polite, the one who checked us in was as well, and the woman who set my account up, Chiamaka, was helpful, efficient and kind to my special needs son, who I had to bring in with me. The facility was clean and they even took extra lengths to help me with my deposit so I didn't have to get up and shuffle my son around. There was no line and my service was quick but I also chose to go outside of what would be any normal bank's peak hours. I get sometimes people have annoying experiences like long lines, what they perceive as rude staff, or whatever their troubles, but as a bank location goes, there really isn't anything wrong with this bank.

Out of 3 atms (1 inside and 2 drive thru) there's only ever 1 working AND it doesn't work majority of the time. It runs slow where you have to park your car to wait for your turn to use the atm. Horrible.

I opened an account with chase two weeks ago, everything went well, I just had to wait for my debit card to come in the mail. After a week my card came in. 3 days later I tried to use my debit card but it said it wasn't supported. Next day I went to chase in person to talk to a banker and see what the issue was. Turns out chase cut relationship with me and didn't tell me. I wanted to know why they did this but they wouldn't let me know why. All I wanted to know was why they did this suddenly without warning and whether someone was using my information . Yet they still refused to say why, which is very suspicious.

I am chase bank senior customers, in other bank received very good service, but the bank is really rubbish, in no particular order queue, waiting behind me were arranged in front of me to handle the business and a wire transfer business for nearly an hour, the salesman is not familiar with the operation, an account number can be mistyped 10 times more! Very unreasonable!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Here's the essence of Chase: because they are a huge bank, they make everything hidden and milti-layered so that only bank personnel can really find anything. The trick, then, is that you are at the mercy of whomever is working that day. are good, some are bad. On top of that, there are areas that the local banker, even if you get a good one, can't help you. Now you are at the mercy of the phone support. After several years of working with Chase, I have never had a good experience with phone based support. My most recent experience was that, after waiting 20 minutes or so, the person didn't know how to fix my problem. She checked with a supervisor and he said that it could be fixed in the app or by going into a local branch. The app didn't do what he said it would and the local branch was in its usual worthless state and couldn't help with anything done online. I've had enough. Time to go small.business bank shopping.

I went today to open an account. The lady taking reservations at the door was extremely Rude! Decided to go with another Bank after the horrible customer service experience I had with with. They don't pick up the phone at all either.

Long wait to see teller's, long wait to see banking specialist. Overall I'd say there are more less friendly/neighborly employees than nice ones. Clearly they want you in and out with little civil interaction as possible. I have a business acct there and it's not what I expected for service. Probably should have chosen another bank

Alert❗️ Be aware when opening a new account at this Chase Bank they will have you download the Chase Bank app and automatically enroll you for “free” credit report score. I just signed up with Chase for a new checking account while going through the process I see my credit score pop up on the app and when I asked the representative she told me it’s free and it doesn’t affect my credit score. Still didn’t answer my question who authorized You to sign me up for this free credit report that you and Chase Bank are promoting? So now some third-party has my information and runs my credit at will.....smdh
